Café chez Paulette

Let yourself float away to rural France and a stroll through fragrant almond and lemon orchards while sipping this ‘charmant café de chez Paulette’.

Ingredients

  • capsule of Grand Cru Volluto
  • 125 ml / 4.5 oz of milk
  • spoon of lemon curd
  • spoon of orgeat syrup
  • Lemon zest (decoration)

Materials

  • Aeroccino or Steam nozzle
  • tall Recipe glass (350 ml / 12 oz)

Preparation

  • Put a spoon of lemon curd into the glass and add the orgeat syrup
  • Make your espresso, poor the espresso on the lemon curd and syrup
  • Poor milk in the aeroccino or use the steampipe
  • Poor the milkfroth on top of your espresso and decorate with lemon zeste
