  • whole star anise
  • tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of peach syrup
  • 50 ml,2 oz of peach yogurt drink
  • to 4 ice cubes
  • tablespoons of milk froth (sweetened with the teaspoon of peach syrup)
  • Almond or hazelnut shavings for decoration
  • tall recipe glass (350 ml/12 oz)

  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle

Let's make it!

  • Prepare the Livanto Grand Cru in espresso (2 x 40 ml / 15 oz) in a large cup
  • Add the star anise to the coffee, allow to infuse for 5 minutes, and remove
  • Pour the flavoured coffee into a shaker along with the ice cubes
  • Shake vigorously to cool the mixture
  • Add the tablespoon of peach syrup and the peach yoghurt drink to the chilled coffee
  • shake vigorously again
  • Serve in a cold recipe glass
  • Carefully add the sweetened milk froth
  • Decorate with almond or hazelnut shavings
