Macchiato refers to ‘staining’ the coffee with a dash of stiff frothed milk placed on the rich dark crema of the Espresso creating an intensely smooth experience.
- Roma or Master Origin Nicaragua: 1 Capsule
- Milk: 20 ml
- Nespresso Aeroccino
- Cappuccino Cup
- Nespresso Coffee Machine
LET'S MAKE IT
1. Brew your Espresso (40ml) capsule into an Espresso glass
2. Heat up your milk using the Aeroccino or machines from the Latissima range. You should use the higher froth setting.
3. Spoon a dollop of frothed milk on top of the crema.
4. Serve and enjoy!
