I’ve purchased a machine from a retailer, how do I register this online?

Once logged in online, please go to ‘my account’ then ‘my machines’. You’ll then have the option to add, edit or remove any machine information.

I’ve purchased my machine from a retailer, however it’s no longer working. Where do I return it?

If your machine is within the first 30 days of purchase and is faulty, we recommend returning this to the retailer for a refund or exchange. After this time, the machine holds a repair warranty with Nespresso and our Technical Team are available 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm on freephone 0800 442 442 (UK).

How long is the warranty on my machine?

Nespresso, Magimix and Krups branded machines hold a 3-year repair warranty with Nespresso. Sage and De’Longhi hold a 2-year warranty, which will upgrade to 3 if you become an active member under Nespresso & You. Please retain your receipt as this validates the warranty.

What capsules can I purchase for my machine?

Vertuo machines are only compatible with Vertuo capsules and Original machines are only compatible with Original capsules. You can view each range here.

I’ve bought my machine from a retailer and the capsules are past the best before date. Are these still safe to use?

As this is a best before date rather than an expiry, the capsules are still safe to use, however please do contact us if you would prefer a replacement sample set.

I’ve bought my new machine from a retailer and there’s supposed to be a sample set inside. How do I get this?

We’re sorry to hear there’s no sample set with your machine. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.
