NESPRESSO DALGONA

Inspired by the Korean coffee trend, this Nespresso Dalgona recipe combines an Espresso and sugar in the Barista Recipe Maker to create a sweet, foamy treat.

INGREDIENTS

- Altissio: 40ml

- Sugar: 1 tbsp

- Semi-skimmed Milk: 100ml

- Ice: 3 cubes


MATERIALS

- Nespresso Vertuo Machine

- Vertuo Cappuccino glasses

- Barista Recipe Maker


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Brew the Altissio capsule into a small glass and pour into the jug of the Barista recipe maker.

2. Add the sugar to the coffee, and select the Café Viennois recipe.

3. In a Cappuccino glass, add the ice cubes and pour in the milk.

4. Pour the foamy coffee & sugar mix over the milk

5. Serve and enjoy!

1. Froth the milk into the Aeroccino or Barista device and pour in to a mug.

2. Brew Barista Creations Forte on top. The milk and coffee will separate into three layers.
