1/3 foam
1/3 frothed milk
1/3 espresso

Add frothed milk, then brew your espresso on top. These will seperate to create three layers

3/4 coffee
1/4 cold milk
Pour cold milk first, then add coffee for a delicious layered effect

Intensity, what does it mean?

Intensity refers to the degree of roasting of coffee beans, not the level of caffeine... Prefer something intense tasting, try intensity 8+. If it’s a mild flavour, try intensity 7 and under.
