The Forager

A deliciously unique combination of mushroom infused cream, maple syrup and Limited Edition Forest Black, this recipe boldly celebrates both sweet and savoury finds in the forest.

Vertuo

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

- 1 Forest Black coffee capsule

- 10ml Maple syrup

- 250ml Cream (milk)

- 5g Porcini mushroom powder

- 50ml Boiling water

- 1g Dill

- 1x Button mushroom or Chestnut mushroom


MATERIALS

- Vertuo Coffee Mug

- Whipped Cream Syphon

- One capsule of Whipper Charge


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Put 5g of Porcini mushroom powder into a whipped cream syphon and mix it with 50ml of boiling water. Once mixed, let it infuse for 10 min.

2. Add 250ml of cream and one capsule of Whipper Charger. Shake it vigorously

3. Put 10ml of maple syrup in a Vertuo Coffee Mug.

4. Extract 230ml of Forest Black coffee on top of it.

5. Add whipped cream on top of the coffee.

6. To finish, top with a shaved Button or Chestnut mushroom and a sprinkle of fresh dill.

7. Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

- 1 capsule of Coconut flavour over Ice, Espresso (40 ml)

- 90g ice cubes

- 10 ml of Saffron Syrup

- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk

- Lime peel

- Pinch of desiccated coconut


MATERIALS

- View recipe glass, 350 ml

- Shaker


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Pour 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk into a shaker. Seal it and shake it vigorously.

2. Place 3 ice cubes (30 g each) into your View recipe glass and add 10 ml of Saffron Syrup and a lime peel.

3. Pour the cold milk foam into the glass and mix.

4. Extract 40 ml of BARISTA CREATIONS COCONUT FLAVOUR OVER ICE espresso into the glass

5. Garnish with desiccated coconut

6. Serve and enjoy!
