Iced Oat Macchiato with a Caramel Foam

INTRODUCTION

Say hello to summer with this classic iced macchiato, topped off with a frothy caramel foam.


INGREDIENTS

- 1 capsule of Ice Leggero (80ml)

- 4 Ice cubes

- 10ml Monin Caramel Syrup

- 100ml OAT drink


MATERIALS

- Nespresso Vertuo Machine

- Barista Device

- Reveal Cold Coffee Glasses

- Ice Cube Tray


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Pour the oat drink and caramel syrup into the Barista device. Close the lid and froth using the Espresso on Ice Macchiato function.

2. In a glass add the ice cubes and brew over the Ice Leggero.

3. Pour over the cold froth.

4. Serve and enjoy!
