Flat White Coffee Recipe

Originating from Australia or New Zealand, the Flat White is a little like a smaller Latte with a stronger kick. The perfect Flat White has a velvey microfoam texture and balanced taste. This is best achieved using two smaller, Ristretto shots for a more intense, but creamy smooth drink.

INGREDIENTS

- Dharkan capsules: 2 x 25ml

- Milk: 60 ml

MATERIALS

- Nespresso Aeroccino

- Cappuccino Cup

- Nespresso Coffee Machine

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Brew your two Ristretto-sized shots (2x25ml) using Dharkan or your favourite high intensity coffee into a Cappuccino glass.

2. Heat up your milk using the Aeroccino, or make your recipe with a machine from the Creatista or Latissima range at the touch of a button.

3. Slowly pour the milk into the glass and a slow flow and slightly move your wrist and try to make some latte art!

4. Serve and enjoy!
