COFFEE & COCONUT ICE LOLLIES

INGREDIENTS

- Barista Creations Ice Forte: 230ml

- Tinned Coconut Milk: 125ml

- Brown Sugar: 2 tbsp

MATERIALS

- Nespresso Vertuo Machine

- Large Bowl

- Whisk

- Ice Lolly Moulds

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Brew Barista Creations Ice Forte into a glass and pour into a large bowl.

2. Add the coconut milk and brown sugar and whisk until well combined

3. Carefully pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours.

4. Serve and enjoy!

- Semi-skimmed milk: 50ml

MATERIALS

- Nespresso Vertuo Machine

- Vertuo Recipe glass

- Nespresso milk frother

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Froth the milk into the Aeroccino or Barista device and pour in to a mug.

2. Brew Barista Creations Forte on top. The milk and coffee will separate into three layers.
