The maximum capacity of the device is 240 ml for preparing hot milk. In the case of preparing milk foam, hot or cold, the maximum capacity is 120 ml, suitable for preparing two Nespresso Cappuccino recipes or one Nespresso Latte Macchiatto recipe. The maximum level is indicated on the inside of the container.

How long does it take to prepare?

The preparation of hot milk or cold milk foam takes about 80 sec. In the case of hot milk, the preparation time is approximately 150 sec. These values can be influenced by different factors, such as the nominal power that can fluctuate throughout the day, the number of consecutive preparations or the cleaning level of the container.

How can I prepare hot milk without foam?

To prepare hot milk without foam, fill the container to the level indicated by "max milk" and press the second button on the left.

How can I prepare milk foam?

Fill the container with milk up to the "max Foam" indicator to prepare hot or cold milk foam. Press the button until you see the red light. For cold milk foam, press it until it turns blue.

What is the difference between Aeroccino 3 and Aeroccino 4 devices ?

Fresh & cold

Milk should be as fresh, and as cold as possible (milk close to the expiring date may not produce froth).

High protein

Proteins allows milk to froth so their content should be high for best results. Shake the milk carton before use to evenly distribute the proteins.

Stiff or silky foam?

Low fat milk creates dry, stiff foam and high fat milk creates wet, silky foam. The choice is yours.

Milk alternatives

Cow's milk, either conventional or organic works best to create froth. Plant-based beverages can be used, but they may not froth like cow’s milk.

FAQs

Please ensure that the Aeroccino 4 is cleaned immediately after each use.
If using the dishwasher, place all components except the base in the dishwasher at a maximum of 70°C, making sure not to place the container directly on the rack as this may cause damage to the inner layer of the container.
If you choose to clean the appliance by hand, remove the base container and clean the inner container, seal, lid, whisk and mixer with detergent and rinse with warm/hot water. Do not use abrasive materials that could damage its surface and do not submerge it completely in water. Make sure the underside of the milk frother is dry before placing it back on its base.

I upgraded from the Aeroccino 3, which was great but with the Aeroccino 4 I have so many options for delicious creations made easily and quickly. Anyone can create their perfect foam like a barista even with nondairy! I make perfect foam with almond milk. I have to say I prefer the handle and spout as well. I keep both but I love my Aeroccino 4.

Lovely machine that is luxurious and makes a great coffee that is extra fluffy. Pours the coffee really fast easy to clean and doesn’t make a lot of noise at all. Maintenance is easy and Nespresso are really good at replacing stuff if it how’s wrong. The milk frothed is what makes this machine amazing for me.

I have had mine for at least 5 years, still works perfectly! The rim of the lid has a small bit broken off, and the top of the spring mount inside also broke off, but the frother still functions great regardless. Makes great hot and cold foam and hot milk.
