Machines Machines purchased directly from Nespresso Canada may be returned up to 14 days after the date of purchase or delivery.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Starting November 29, 2019, all returns will be accepted exceptionally until January 15, 2020.

For returns, visit a Nespresso Boutique with the machine and proof of purchase or prepare a return package.

Get a return machine authorization by contacting us toll-free at 1-855-325-5781. Once you have received the return authorization by email, print it out and include it in your return package. Please include any relevant document in the package along with the proof of purchase, with the returned item circled, and send it to the following address:

Any machine purchased from a retailer or other website must be returned to its original seller.
Coffees & Accessories Accessories and unopened coffee sleeves may be returned up to 14 days after the date of purchase or delivery.

Nespresso Pick-Up Point
How does it work?
Thanks to our partnership with UPS, you can pick up your order from a UPS pick-up point near you. All if you have to do is select a pick-up point at check out. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be collected. You will be asked to show a government ID when collecting your order. When somebody else will collect your order, they will also be asked to show proof of identity.
The opening hours of the pick-up points vary; they will be mentioned when you select a pick-up point.
When can I pick it up?
Order before 4 PM ET and select the option Pick-Up Point to have your order delivered within 3 business days at the pick-up point you choose.
How much does it cost?
For all orders, the charge is $ 6.95 for 3 business days delivery for orders placed by 4 PM ET.
How long will my order be available for pick up?
Your package will be available for 7 calendar days. An e-mail reminder will be sent to you if your package remains uncollected after 5 calendar days.
Can I drop off my capsules for recycling at these pick-up points?
Yes, you can drop off your used capsules at these pick-up points in the UPS postage-prepaid recycling bags.
How can I track my package?
You can track your order anytime at nespresso.com in the ‘My orders' section within ‘My account'. You will also receive an email with the tracking link once the order ships.
