Standard Delivery $6.95 Exceptionally, due to current events:
- Delivery to any address in Canada, within 5 to 10 business days.
Orders placed after 4PM (EST) or during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

- Standard Delivery is FREE for the purchase of 50+ coffee capsules or any coffee machine.

Pick-up at Post Office $6.95 Exceptionally, due to current events:
- Place order online or over the phone. Ready for pick-up within 5 to 10 business days, at the Post Office of your choice.

- Pick-up at Post Office is FREE for the purchase of 50+ coffee capsules or any coffee machine.
Pick-up at Nespresso Boutique* FREE This option is available in selected boutiques. Visit this page for all the information about Boutique Pick ups.

Machines

Please note that we have implemented a temporary pause on accepting returns throughout the duration of the COVID-19 situation. Effective March 27, 2020, coffee machines will not be accepted for return until further notice. We will be extending our standard 14-day return policy by the length of this pause, meaning returns will be accepted for an additional period of 14-days once our Boutiques re-open and business operations return to normal.

 

Should you have any questions, you may contact our support team by email through our website. If you prefer to speak directly with one of our Coffee Specialists, you may call 1-855-325-5781, we, however, want to warn you that we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

 

Any machine purchased from a retailer or other website must be returned to its original seller.

 

Current Return Procedures:
Visit a Nespresso Boutique with the machine and proof of purchase once our Boutiques re-open or prepare a return package by contacting the Nespresso Club once operations return to normal.

Coffees & Accessories
