- Delivery to any address in Canada, within 2 to 5 business days.
Orders placed after 4PM (EST) or during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

- Standard Delivery is FREE for orders above $99.

Pick-up at Post Office $8.95 Exceptionally, due to current events:
- Place order online or over the phone. Ready for pick-up within 2 to 5 business days, at the Post Office of your choice.

- Pick-up at Post Office is FREE for orders above $99.
Pick-up at Nespresso Boutique* FREE This option is available in selected boutiques. Visit this page for all the information about Boutique Pick ups.

Machines

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Nespresso offers a 14-day return policy starting from the reception date of an order or purchase date in a Nespresso Boutique for Nespresso machines*, accessories and unopened coffee sleeves. For machines, visit a Nespresso Boutique with the machine and proof of purchase or prepare a return package by contacting the Nespresso Club.

You may request a return authorization by contacting our toll-free phone number 1-855-325-5781. The authorization will be sent by email for you to print out, and add it to your return package. Also, please include the proof of purchase, with the returned item circled, and send it to:

Please note:

  • - Items returned after the 14-day policy will not be credited
  • - Your member account will be credited within 30 days of the reception of the item
  • - We strongly recommend using a traceable method of shipping to track and ensure its delivery
  • - You may also return your machine directly to a Nespresso Boutique

Any machine purchased from a retailer or other website must be returned to its original seller.
*Please be informed that we do not accept returns for machines purchased through a retailer.

 

Coffees & Accessories
