The $25 coffee credit is redeemable in one of two ways: 1. Online at www.nespresso.com/promotion/ca by submitting a complete application including a proof of purchase and a copy of the machine serial number, by April 4, 2021 at 11:59:59 PM EST. 2. At a Nespresso boutique: if you would like to instantly redeem your coffee credit, a minimum coffee order of $25 before applicable taxes is required. The credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued on the Nespresso account. The credit will be removed from the Nespresso account if the machine is returned.
Where an Eligible Machine is purchased online using a guest account, the following conditions apply: If an order is placed for an Eligible Machine with a minimum of 50 coffee capsules, then both the applicable machine discount and the $25 coffee credit are applicable. If the order is placed for an Eligible Machine with less than 50 coffee capsules or for an Eligible Machine only then only the applicable machine discount is applicable; you can still receive the coffee credit by calling the Nespresso Club at 1.855.325.5781 or by visiting a Nespresso boutique to create a Nespresso account linked to the used guest account.
HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR COFFEE CREDIT
Machines purchased through www.nespresso.com or via the Nespresso Club
Option 1: Immediate Credit: You can redeem your Coffee Credit together with the purchase of your machine, if you place a $25 minimum coffee order at the same time, directly online or on the phone with the Nespresso Club.
Option 2: The $25 credit will be applied to your Nespresso account within 1 to 2 working weeks following the machine purchase date.
Machines purchased through a Nespresso Boutique
Option 1: Immediate Credit: You can redeem your Coffee Credit together with the purchase of your machine, if you place a $25 minimum coffee order at the same time, directly in Boutiques.
Option 2: The $25 credit will be applied to your Nespresso account within 1 to 2 working weeks following the machine purchase date.
Machines purchased through a retailer
Option 1: Coffee Credit will be applied on your Nespresso account only when a complete application is submitted via www.nespresso.com/promotion/ca to the Nespresso Club by no later than by April 4th, 2021 at 11:59:59 PM EST.
Option 2: You may redeem your coffee credit immediately after your machine purchase by visiting a Nespresso Boutique. Your coffee order must have a minimum value of $25.
A copy of the original proof of purchase of your Nespresso machine and a copy of its original serial number are mandatory to claim the credit with your coffee order at a Nespresso boutique. The credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued on the Nespresso account. The credit will be removed from the Nespresso account if the machine is returned. The Nespresso Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, late, illegible or incomplete applications. For further information on how to obtain your credit or to obtain an application form, visit www.nespresso.com/promotion/ca or call the Nespresso Club at 1-855-325-5781. Offer valid in Canada only and only for Canadian shipping addresses. Void where prohibited or restricted. Not valid in combination with any other offer on machines from Nespresso, promotion or employee discount. A limit of 10 machines per person is set as part of this promotion.
