A dessert in concentrated form, this recipe adds an intense chocolate and milk flavour to the wooded notes of the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru. Enjoy as if it were a sweet melting on your tongue.

Preparation

  • Place 30 ml /1.01 oz of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass
  • Pour a sachet of Cailler chocolate over the condensed milk
  • Prepare a Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru in lungo (110 ml / 4 oz)
  • Pour the milk in the Aeroccino or use the steampipe or your Nespresso machine
  • Put it on top of the glass
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
