A dessert in concentrated form, this recipe adds an intense chocolate and milk flavour to the wooded notes of the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru. Enjoy as if it were a sweet melting on your tongue.
Preparation
- Place 30 ml /1.01 oz of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass
- Pour a sachet of Cailler chocolate over the condensed milk
- Prepare a Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru in lungo (110 ml / 4 oz)
- Pour the milk in the Aeroccino or use the steampipe or your Nespresso machine
- Put it on top of the glass
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
