Forest Spritz

Sparkling water, sugar cane syrup and fresh lemongrass come together with this Limited Edition Forest Fruit Flavour to create a refreshing iced treat.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

- 1 Forest Fruit Flavour coffee capsule

- 6x Ice cubes (30g each)

- 10ml Sugar Cane syrup

- 1x Bay leaf

- 60ml Sparkling water

- 2x lemongrass stems

- Forest berries for decoration


MATERIALS

- Reveal Cold Recipe Glass

- Strainer


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Muddle one stem of fresh lemongrass in a small jug, and extract 230ml of Forest Fruit Flavour coffee over it. Let it infuse for 3 min.

2. Put 6 ice cubes into a Reveal Cold Recipe Glass, add 10ml of sugar cane syrup, add 60ml of sparkling water, stir it and add a Bay leaf.

3. Pour the coffee through a strainer into the Reveal Cold Recipe Glass.

4. Add some forest berries on a cocktail stick and a fresh lemongrass stem to decorate.

6. Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

- 1 capsule of Coconut flavour over Ice, Espresso (40 ml)

- 90g ice cubes

- 10 ml of Saffron Syrup

- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk

- Lime peel

- Pinch of desiccated coconut


MATERIALS

- View recipe glass, 350 ml

- Shaker


LET'S MAKE IT

1. Pour 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk into a shaker. Seal it and shake it vigorously.

2. Place 3 ice cubes (30 g each) into your View recipe glass and add 10 ml of Saffron Syrup and a lime peel.

3. Pour the cold milk foam into the glass and mix.

4. Extract 40 ml of BARISTA CREATIONS COCONUT FLAVOUR OVER ICE espresso into the glass

5. Garnish with desiccated coconut

6. Serve and enjoy!
