An indulgent Iced Pistachio Vanilla Oat Latte, that is perfect for summertime.
Add a brush of pistachio paste to a BARISTA small recipe glass. Place 5 ice cubes (of 30 g each) at the bottom and add 50 ml of oat drink (barista style).
Into your Aeroccino, pour 100 ml of oat drink (barista style), close the lid and press the cold foam button.
Once ready, pour the cold foam into the glass, over the ice, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.
Extract 80 ml of Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice into the glass.
Top it off with small marshmallows, use a torch to caramelise them (optional) and sprinkle with some ground pistachios.
You can also use 2 big marshmallows on a stick.
A touch of milk and a bit of ice? This espresso-based recipe is made of simple ingredients. But it won't hesitate to make your mouth water once you smell the cane sugar and the frothed up milk paired with the Nespresso coffee of your choice. *Barista device may not be available in your country.
