Once your box is full, arrange pick-up with our courier at no cost to you.
To enhance our recycling service with improved reliability, efficiency, and data tracking capabilities.
You may experience slight adjustments. We'll ensure a smooth transition and communicate any changes promptly.
Collection times may vary slightly. Our new schedule aims for:
Metro areas collection schedule: collections will be completed within 2 business days
Regional areas collection schedule: collections will be completed within 5 business days
Remote areas collection schedule: collections will be completed within 7 business days
*For bookings placed before 12:00 pm, the collection will be scheduled accordingly. However, if the booking is placed after 12:00 pm, the collection may take an additional day to be scheduled and completed.
With the change of courier partner, you will experience a new booking portal. You now have the option to save your address details for faster bookings.

The link will take you to Remondis IMS booking portal powered by our courier. Include all important pickup details when booking online, including your company name, collection address and location of where to find your filled boxes.
You will be required to print a shipping label to complete the booking process. The shipping label should be affixed to each box ahead of the collection.
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your booking. Please take note of the booking reference number should you have any queries.
A courier will arrive at the designated location to collect your box. Please ensure someone is in attendance for pick-up.

It is recommended to book a collection once your boxes are ready. A collection will take place based on the following timeframes: slightly. Our new schedule aims for:
Metro areas collection schedule*: collections will be completed within 2 business days

Each recycling kit includes three recycling boxes, liner bags and cable ties. Boxes are packed flat and arrive with simple assembly instructions printed on the box.
In the event that your recycling box isn’t picked up you can reply to your booking confirmation email. Or find your recent booking via the ‘location’ and ‘booking history’ pages on the portal and select the ‘report an issue’ button. Or alternatively, use the following channels:

The dimensions of the box are 60cm x 30cm x 30cm. Each recycling box can hold up to 1,500 used capsules and should weigh no more than 16kg when full. It’s important that boxes are not overfilled.
The recycling box is made from cardboard. It has a sturdy structure and comes with plastic lining to prevent any leakage from used capsules. Cable ties are also provided to seal the bag when the box is full and ready for shipping. As well as the capsules, both the box and the plastic lining will be recycled or recovered as appropriate when they are returned to Nespresso.
The whole box, including the bag, is collected each time. Please seal the bag with the provided cable tie and tape the lid and bottom of the box for collection.
Find your recent booking via the ‘location’ and ‘booking history’ pages on the portal and select the ‘report an issue’ button. Select your enquiry type, provide enquiry details and submit. Or alternatively, use the following channels:

A shipping label is the individual identifier for a courier pickup and ‘your golden ticket’ to a successful collection and delivery - to avoid missed pick-ups, lost parcels, and surcharges. To ensure successful pickup and delivery, we ask that labels are printed and affixed prior to collection. Without a label our courier partner is unable to pick up boxes.
If you do not have a printer, you may save a shipping label as PDF file during the booking process. Please check with an office supply store near you or other retail locations that offer printing services.
A shipping label should be affixed to each box before being collected. If returning multiple boxes multiple labels will be provided; each label will have the same consignment (connote) number, however each individual box and corresponding label will have a different barcode to identify each box that is being returned.
The Bulk Recycling Program is designed for high-volume collection of used capsules. It is suitable for a location that can collect approximately 1,500 capsules per box before organising collection. Individual customers have the option of returning capsules via Nespresso Boutiques, Post or by dropping the capsules in a bulk recycling box set-up at a Public Collection Point. Individual customers can also request for a bulk recycling kit and set it up to collect used capsules on behalf of others, such as at work or with your neighbors.
Yes, it is fine to leave your used capsules in bags when you place them in the box.
