Why you should set up a Standing Order?

    Receive your order as often as you would like and to the address of your choice. For your convenience three days prior to the dispatch of your Standing Order, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

    Take advantage of free delivery for orders of over 300 capsules by setting up your Standing Order to meet the minimum capsule requirement.

* For customers with Operating Machine contracts, specific restrictions are applied to the online modification, the frequency, next shipment date and the amount of capsules for your Standing Order as per your contract. For any further changes or queries please contact Nespresso on 1800 182 206 toll free.
** For orders that contain less than 300 capsules there will be a delivery fee of $6.


How does
Standing Order work?

Start by selecting your products

Within "Your account", access the menu "My Standing Orders" to create a new Standing Order. You will be able to select from Nespresso coffee capsules, and a selected range of accessories.

Or select one of your past orders in your "order history" and click on "Make this order recurrent". You can add or delete products, as well as modify desired quantities at this step.

Define how often you would like to receive your orders

Select a pre-defined frequency and the start date for your Standing Order. Or if your prefer, Nespresso can suggest a recommended frequency based on the size of your organisation and consumption habits.

Define your delivery and invoice address along with the delivery and payment details

Setup your regular delivery address and payment details.

Update Standing Order according to your changing needs

How often you order as well as your next shipment date, delivery address or payment methods can be modified at any time up to the day before shipment. For instance, should your business be closed for a period of time, there is the option to ship your Standing Order to a different Australian address or to simply postpone delivery.

Are there any hidden fees for signing up for the Standing Order service?
There is no cost for creating, modifying and cancelling your Standing Order. You will be able to benefit from free delivery for any order of 300 capsules or higher. Your Standing Order can be set up via the Nespresso website under My Account or by calling Nespresso on 1800 182 206 toll free
What are my obligations for signing up for the Standing Order service?
Standing Order is here to facilitate the way you order Nespresso products. There are no contractual obligations for continuing to use the Standing Order service. You can easily create, modify or cancel any Standing Order through My Account.

What are the benefits of signing up for the Standing Order service?
Standing Order allows you to receive your favourite Nespresso coffee capsules and a limited range of accessories as often as you would like and to the address of your choice to prevent you from running out of your favourite Nespresso coffee and to save you time and effort when ordering. You can set up, modify or cancel your Standing Order on the Nespresso website or by calling Nespresso on 1800 182 206 toll free.
How will I know when my order will ship?
As part of the Stand Order features you will be notified three days prior to the shipment of your following Standing Order via email. If you wish to modify the delivery address, products or delivery and payment information after receiving this email, you can do so until the day before dispatch at midnight for example 11:59 PM on January 3 for an order shipping on January 4.
How do I modify or cancel my Standing Order?
All information relevant to your Standing Order such as next scheduled date, delivery address and payment can be found under My Account upon logging in.
What are the shipping fees for a Standing Order?
Any Standing Orders containing more than 300 capsules will be delivered free of charge. All other deliveries will be charged at $6. To review delivery options please visit our services page.
Do I benefit from promotional activities by signing up for Standing Order?
All customers can benefit from Nespresso Professional promotions for which they are eligible. Please note however that not all promotional items, available for a limited time, are available for ordering via the Standing Order service. For those promotions involving Limited Edition products, we recommend placing a separate order to benefit from the promotion. If you are then overstocked on your Nespresso coffee, you may then choose to extend your next shipment date on your Standing Order.
What happens if items in my Standing Order are out of stock?
The remainder of your order will ship. You will only be charged for shipped items. An order with an out of stock item will ship nonetheless and we will alert you by email of the shipment and the non-shipped items. If the out of stock item is permanently discontinued you may then want to update your regular Standing Order to remove this from future orders.
I cannot find Nespresso machines or all of the Nespresso accessories? How do I order these as part of my Standing Order?
The Standing Order service features the entire range of <Nespresso coffee capsules as well as frequently used accessories such as sugar, paper cups and similar accessories. We encourage you to place a separate order for Nespresso machines and accessories that are typically ordered less frequently.
What if I do not want my order and it has already shipped. How do I cancel it?
If you would like to cancel a Standing Order that has already been shipped, please call Nespresso on 1800 182 206 toll free.
I cannot seem to modify the frequency of my Standing Order?
If you have a Nespresso Professional Operating contract, contractual obligations require the regular sending and volume of capsules as agreed in the contract. If you wish to change the frequency or the month of the next shipment date, please call Nespresso on 1800 182 206 toll free.
