[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously, wow! Since trying the Vertuo Next my assumptions about Nespressso have completely changed. I always assumed Nespresso was just espresso, which is great, but sometimes you just want a normal size cup of coffee. With this machine you can truly have it all. The code on the bottom of the pods tells the machine exactly how much water is needed and how to brew the pod that is placed in the machine. The beverages always come out with a foamy top that adds a level of elegance to each cup you prepare, even the coffee! The beverages that it brews give you a strong cup of coffee, not neccessarily dark but its a quality that you can taste that is just a step above the rest. The only thing I would change is that the only pods that are offered are through the Nespresso brand. I am a big fan of flavored coffees, which they do have but I would like to be able to explore other options eventually. Overall, I love my new machine and use it almost every single day!

Each drink came out hot and delicious. I love the sleek look, and the ability to collect all the pods for a quick clean up when it was full. That is why I was excited to try the Nespresso Vertuo Next. To begin with, I was a little hesitant because the last thing I need is something else on my counter, but once I saw how compact it was (and how stylish it was and how it fit right into my modern kitchen) I was sold. The small footprint doesn't limit the finished product. The coffee is phenomenal. Once thing I really like is the ability to make everything from a double espresso to a larger carafe. Instead of a one-size-fits-all pod like one of the competitors, this machine varies the output based on the capsule you put in the machine..everything is perfectly calculated to make a perfect cup of coffee or espresso. Its quick too, and I don't know how they do it, but its hot but not too hot - all the drinks come out the perfect temp for immediate consumption. Super easy cleanup too. Overall, I love this machine.

I have now had 3 machines of this model that all have broken within the first month of use. Nespresso first sent me two brand new machines and they both broke in the same way. With the third machine they tried to fix it and when I have received it back it immediately started having the same issue which leads me to believe it was not fixed. I have many friends who own other versions of Nespresso's machines and they all work great! I do love their coffee but would recommend purchasing another version of their machines.

He loves coffee and my mom loves a cappuccino so it’s great this has the option to do both. It as a little more complicated for my 70 year old Dad to set up as he had to get used to what size pod to put in the machine to get his desired result but minus the little bit of a learning curve there he really enjoyed the taste and feel of the coffee and expresso from this machine! It looks sleek, doesn’t take up too much space on your counter and makes great tasting brew.

This has really helped to save on counterspace - the water tank is now in the back and the used capsule is embedded inside the machine (as opposed to having it own separate section on the side). The coffee and espresso pods are very good. The little pod disposal container that can hold a few used pods was impressive and very useful. Style and size is comparable to that of most other coffee pod machines but this one is more modern and stylish. I don't mind having it sit out on the counter. I really don't even want to call it a coffee maker because it really is like having a barista in my kitchen! No more hitting the coffee shops on the way to wherever it is I'm going in the morning. I can skip those lines and the cost and make a wonderful cup of coffee here at home! I have a cappuccino machine and that is a very good machine as well, however, this I find I use more because it's just me in the morning drinking coffee (as my husband has quit consuming coffee). Brews one cup at a time I love that! I adjust the size I adjust the strength. It really does make any kind of coffee you desire! And it's so simple to use. There's no buttons to program, no pre-programming and pages and pages of instructions! t There's really nothing to do other than put the water in the tank pop the little coffee pod in, flip the top shut, push a button and you are drinking coffee within 60 seconds. No fuss no muss! It pops out the coffee pod and you just can throw it away! The little side door opens up and you dump it! I absolutely adore this machine. I am not what you would consider tech savvy really! So programming the cappuccino machine, that's my husband's jib. No longer do I have to rely on him for my morning cup of coffee especially now since he doesn't drink it. It's so sleek. It takes up virtually no room on my counter. It actually takes up less room than my old 12 cup Mr coffee machine. I think my favorite thing about it is, I don't waste anything and I love that! I was forever throwing away coffee because I brewed too much or would have to make a second pot just for one cup. Saves money just in that aspect alone! Super simple and it does make a very good cup of coffee. This machine came with 12 pods to start me off. It also has a cup that comes with it.
