Nespresso Velosophy Competition

Promotion Name Nespresso consumer Velosophy competition (“Promotion”)

Promoter The Promoter is Nestlé New Zealand Ltd. ABN 77 000 011 316 trading as Nespresso New Zealand of Level 3, 12 – 16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, 1010, Auckland, New Zealand.

Promotional Period The Promotion starts at 9:00am NZST on 1 April, 2021 and closes at 11.59pm NZST on 25 April, 2021.

Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and must be current Nespresso Club Members (“Eligible Entrant”).

Entry Method To enter, Eligible Entrant’s must during the Promotional Period:

i. Purchase, in one transaction a minimum of fifty (50) capsules, including minimum ten (10) capsules of either Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio or Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio Decaffeinato from in any Nespresso Boutique, on the Nespresso app, on www.nespresso.com or by calling Nespresso on 0800 234 579.

All entries will automatically placed into a draw. The Promoter will conduct a draw in accordance with Draw Details to determine winners.

Note: The Promoter will ask for proof that the entrant is a current Nespresso Club Member.

Maximum entries permitted Multiple unique entries are permitted; however, entrants can only win a maximum of one (1) prize

Draw Details The draw will take place at 12.00pm NZST on 28 April 2021 at the offices of the Promoter. The draw is electronic and winners will be selected at random. The first three (3) entries drawn will be deemed Major Prize Winners and will win a Major Prize. The following fifty (50) entries drawn will be deemed Minor Prize (A) winners and will win a Minor Prize (A). The following fifty (50) entries drawn will be deemed Minor Prize (B) winners and will win a Minor Prize (B).

Conditions of prize As per conditions of entry. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.

Prize Winner Notification All Prize Winners will be notified via email by 5.00pm NZST on 28 April, 2021.

Prize Winner Publication Details The first name and suburb of the Prize Winners will be published on Nespresso.com by 12 May 2021 at 5.00pm NZST.

Prize Claim Date All prizes must be claimed by 28 May 2021 by 5.00pm NZST by responding to the Prize Winner Notification. If the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter may determine an alternative winner.

Re-Draw, Prize Winner Notification and Publication Details In the event that the prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, or an entry is deemed invalid, or otherwise forfeited, the Promoter will conduct a further draw to determine prize winners at 12-16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand on 31 May 2021, 12pm NZST. The draw is electronic and winners will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email or telephone and their name will be published on Nespresso.com on the same date.

Conditions of Entry

  1. These Conditions of Entry are to be read in conjunction with the Schedule to Conditions of Entry. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Conditions of Entry and the Schedule to Conditions of Entry, the Schedule to Condition of Entry prevails.
  1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these Conditions of Entry and Schedule to Conditions of Entry is invalid.
  1. Standard entry restriction: Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  1. Promotional Period: The Promotion will take place during the Promotional Period. Any entry that occurs outside this period is invalid.
  1. Entry by SMS: Should the Promotion require an SMS entry, the cost of sending a text entry is the responsibility of the entrant and will vary depending on the mobile network used. Total cost of text entry made within Australia will not exceed 60 cents including GST, whether sent during the Promotional Period or not. Entrants may need to consult their mobile phone provider prior to entering the Promotion.
  1. Receipt of entries for electronic entries: Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
  1. Games of Chance: If more than one prize is offered for that draw, the prize with the highest value will be awarded first. If other prizes are available to be won in the Promotion, they will be awarded in descending value.
  1. Games of skill: All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  1. Verification Requirements: The Promoter may require the entrant to provide proof of identity, age, and residency. Where the Promotion requires the purchase of a product(s), the Promoter reserves the absolute discretion to require any prize winner to produce the original purchase receipt/s for every entry they or their household made during the Promotion period in order to claim a prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be invalid.
  1. Monetary Prizes: If money is offered as a prize, the prize may be awarded in a cheque form or by eftpos transfer to a nominated bank account. If the prize is to be delivered by eftpos, the winner will be required to advise the Promoter of their nominated bank account details for their prize money to be deposited. Eftpos transfers may take up to 30 days to process.
  1. Tickets to an Event or an Experience: If tickets to an event or an experience are offered as a prize, the prize will be subject to the organiser’s terms. The Promoter is not liable for any cancellation or re-scheduling that may prevent prize fulfilment. The tickets to the event cannot be converted to cash nor replaced if lost, stolen or defaced. Tickets can only be used on the date(s) specified on the ticket.
  1. Trip Prize: If travel is offered as a prize, flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Additional spending money, meals, taxes, valid passports, visas, transport to & from departure point additional transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs not specifically stated in the Schedule to Conditions of Entry are the responsibility of the winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that all components of the prize be taken during the trip and all persons taking the trip depart from & return to the winner's nearest capital city at the same time unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter & that all persons taking the trip sign a waiver of liability & an indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  1. Vouchers: If a voucher is offered as a prize, the prize will be subject to the issuer’s terms of use and are valid until the voucher expiry date stated on the voucher itself. The card cannot be converted to cash nor replaced if lost, stolen or defaced.
  1. Vehicle: If a vehicle is offered as a prize, the vehicle includes registration, 3rd party insurance, a full tank of petrol and all on-road costs. Any additional costs including comprehensive insurance and additional optional extras are the responsibility of the winner.
  1. Standard Prize Restriction: All prizes unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
  1. Prize Value: Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize.
  1. Prize Delivery: Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from prize winner determination for delivery of their prize, or (if required) the date they advise the Promoter of their nominated Australian bank account details for their prize money to be deposited.
  1. If a prize winner or participant is under the age of 18 years of age: The prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf. The Promoter may require a winner under the age of 18 years to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout prize fulfilment.
  1. If the prize becomes unavailable: The Promoter may substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia. This substitution may be subject to any approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority if the Promotion is a game of chance.
  1. Consumer Guarantee: Each prize winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider of services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 [NZ] where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
  1. Tampering: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or the making of multiple entries that are not associated with a separate eligible purchase, or submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and Schedule to Conditions of Entry. Should the Promoter find evidence of tampering by an individual, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by that individual invalid, the Promoter may also preclude that entrant from participation future promotions of the Promoter.
  1. Risks: The entrant acknowledges that participation in the Promotion and prize fulfilment may involve risk. The Promoter may require a winner (and their companions) to sign an indemnity and release prior to participation in the prize fulfilment or participation in the Promotion.
  1. Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
  1. Publicity: Winners may be required to participate in a follow-up interviews and publicity. By entering the Promotion and claiming a prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and Promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
  2. Entry Content: The Promoter may use their entry content, name, likeness, images, photograph/s, film and sound recordings and any other material created during their participation in the Promotion for publicity and promotion purposes for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation in any media, social media, advertising and/or promoting any goods or services of the Promoter.
  1. Copyright: It is a condition of participating in the Promotion that the entrant warrants that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property of any third parties. The entrant assigns all rights, title and interest in their entry to the Promoter without compensation. The entrant further agrees not to object to the Promoters use of the entry material on the basis of any moral right. The Promoter may, if required request that an entrant complete any documentation necessary to give effect to this assignment of right, title and interest.
  1. Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  1. Disruptive, abusive, unsuitable entries: The Promoter may determine all entries invalid and/or preclude participation by an entrant if an entrant disrupts, annoys, abuses, acts contrary to law or engages in fraudulent misleading and deceptive conduct.
  1. Tax: Winners should obtain their own independent financial advice in relation to any tax liability that may arise as a result of their participation in the Promotion.
  1. Promoters Decisions: All decisions of the Promoter are at their complete discretions and are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Social Media: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Entrants completely release Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from any and all liability relating to the Promotion.
  1. Privacy: Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting nestle.co.nz or calling 0800 830 840.

Nespresso Coffee Subscription 5th Month Free Promotion 2021

  1. Promoter: The Promoter is Nestlé New Zealand Ltd. trading as Nespresso New Zealand of Level 3, 12 – 16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland 1010.
  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 9.00am 31 March 2021 and closes 11.59pm 30 May 2021 (“Close Date”).
  3. Eligibility Criteria: This offer is available to:
    1. New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who provide a New Zealand postal address and comply with these terms and conditions.
    2. Existing Nespresso Members who have not subscribed to a Coffee Subscription Service in the last 12 months; and
    3. New Nespresso Members who have not subscribed to a Coffee Subscription Service in the last 12 months;

This offer is NOT available to:

  1. Existing Coffee Subscription Service subscribers; and
  2. Employees of Nestlé New Zealand Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this offer

  3. Claim Method: To claim, claimants must during the Promotion Period:

  7. Claims Close Date: Registration to the Coffee Subscription Service must be completed no later than 11.59pm 30 May 2021 (“Claim Close Date”).
  8. Maximum claims permitted: Claimants may claim this offer (1) time during the Promotion Period.
  9. Offer delivery: After signing up to the Nespresso Coffee Subscription plan in the Nespresso boutique or online, and after making the first subscription payment, claimants will receive an email to confirm that the Nespresso Coffee Subscription has been processed. Nespresso Members who have subscribed to the two, three or four capsule a day plans, will not be charged for the 5th month of their subscription plan, and normal billing will resume the following month. Nespresso Members who have subscribed to the one capsule per day plan, will be charged $25 for the 5th month (i.e. half their bi-monthly fee) and then normal billing will resume the following month.
  10. Use with other offers: This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount. A Participating Product does not include Nespresso Business Solution machines. The Offer is not valid for commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.

The Nespresso coffee subscription plan is open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18+ and has a fixed cost, which will be charged through a monthly or bi-monthly fee. There may be a wait of up to 5 business days for the subscription credit to appear on your account. Only one Nespresso subscription plan available per Nespresso membership account. Schedule to Conditions of Offer

Promotion Name: Nespresso Mother’s Day Promotion 2021 (“The Promotion”).

Promoter: The Promoter is Nestlé New Zealand Ltd. ABN 77 000 011 316 trading as Nespresso New Zealand of Level 3, 12-16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland, NZ 1010.

Eligibility Criteria: Claims can be submitted by:

  • Residents of New Zealand;
  • Who have purchased a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer;
  • Who are new/existing Nespresso customers;
  • Who have submitted a claim in accordance with the Claim Method;
  • Who have otherwise complied with these terms and conditions

Promotional Period: The Promotion starts at 12:01am NZDT on 29/03/21 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on 31/05/21.

Participating Products: 

  1. Offer 1: Participating Products are Umilk, Essenza Plus, Pixie, CitiZ&milk, Expert&milk, Lattissima and Creatista Nespresso coffee machine ranges purchased during the Promotional Period from Participating Retailers.
  2. Offer 2: Participating Products are U solo, Inissia and Essenza Mini Nespresso coffee machines ranges purchased during the Promotional Period from Participating Retailers.

Note: Availability of models and colours may vary by store.

A Participating Product does not include:

  1. Nespresso Business Solution machines; or
  2. Commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds of similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.

Participating Retailers: Retailers who sell Participating Products in New Zealand and operate from shop fronts in New Zealand including both the physical shop front and online store operated by such retailers and which display promotional material.

A Participating Retailer is not www.nespresso.com or the Nespresso Club via phone 0800 234 579 or Nespresso Boutiques.

Offer: 

  1. Offer 1: Purchase any Offer 1 Participating Products and receive $60 to spend on Nespresso coffee capsules (“Coffee Credit”) via redemption from Nespresso.
  2. Offer 2: Purchase any Offer 2 Participating Products and receive $30 to spend on Nespresso coffee capsules (“Coffee Credit”) via redemption from Nespresso.

Simply visit www.nespressopromotion.co.nz for all details and to submit your claim.

Offer Delivery: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 will be provided to the claimant within 15 business days after their claim has been validated and processed by the Promoter.

The Coffee Credit will be placed into the claimant’s Nespresso Membership account.

Claim Method: To claim, claimants must:

  1. Go to a Participating Retailer;
  2. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
  3. Be or become a Nespresso customer;
  4. Visit the Website (www.nespressopromotion.co.nz) to submit the Coffee Credit claim by 11:59pm NZDT on 20/06/21; You will be required to upload a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt which shows Participating Retailer, Participating Product(s), the price and date of purchase. Claims without a valid proof of purchase will not be accepted.
  5. You will receive email correspondence from Nespresso to confirm that your claim has been received, your claim has been approved and confirmation of the Coffee Credit being processed and instructions on how to redeem it. The Coffee Credit must be used in full in a single transaction of 50 capsules or more by 11:59pm NZDT on 11/07/21 where minimum spend applies and the total order amount must exceed the Coffee Credit. Purchases can be made online (visit www.nespresso.com) or by phoning the Nespresso Club on 0800 234 579 or by visiting a Nespresso boutique. Free standard delivery is included with redemption.

Claim Close Date: Claimants must submit their claim for Offer 1 and Offer 2 by 11:59pm NZDT by 20/06/21. Nespresso does not accept responsibility for any late claims.

Coffee Credit Use Conditions: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used to purchase Nespresso capsules from Nespresso channels where the Coffee Credit must be used in full in a single transaction by 11:59pm NZDT on 11/07/21.

Claimants need to purchase 50 capsules or more (5 sleeves where each contain 10 capsules) in order to redeem the Coffee Credit and the total order amount must exceed the Coffee Credit. Minimum spend applies. The Coffee Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.

Maximum Claims Permitted: A maximum of three (3) claims in total will be accepted per customer during the Promotional Period, provided each claim represents the separate purchase of a Participating Product.

Minimum Spend: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used in full in a single transaction of 50 capsules or more and the total order amount must exceed the $60 or $30 Coffee Credit.

Claimants will have to spend an additional amount in order to redeem the Coffee Credit. For example:

  1. Claimants of Offer 1 may purchase 100 capsules (10 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Volluto capsules at $0.87 per capsule at a total cost of $87.00. Following application of the $80 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $27.00
  2. Claimants of Offer 2 may purchase 50 capsules (5 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Volluto capsules at $0.87 per capsule at a total cost of $43.50. Following application of the $40 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $13.50.

Other Conditions:

  1. The Offer is available to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who provide a New Zealand postal address and comply with these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé New Zealand Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this offer.
  2. Use with other offers: This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount (unless otherwise specified). The offer is not available to customers who use points/rewards from a third-party loyalty program as full payment towards a Participating Product at a Participating Retailer. The Offer is not valid for commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.
  3. Verification: Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a purchase receipt) must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase.
    The serial number of the machine must also be provided to Nespresso. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void.

Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Promotion.
  11. Lay bys: Lay-bys not paid in full by the end of the Promotional Period are excluded from this offer.
  12. Interest Free: Interest free purchases made at Participating Retailers are included in this offer. The claimant must a provide Nespresso with the proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a receipt or valid invoice) that must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the amount owing and the date of the purchase.

Promotional Period: The Promotion starts on 29th Mar – 1st August 2021 (“Close Date”).

Eligibility Criteria: Nespresso Coffee Subscription claims can be submitted by:

  • Residents of New Zealand;
  • Who are aged 18+;
  • Who are a new or existing Nespresso Member without an existing Nespresso Coffee Subscription plan (new subscribers only);
  • Who have submitted a claim in accordance with the claim method;
  • Who have completed the Mother’s Day Coffee Credit redemption process;
  • Who have otherwise complied with these terms and conditions.

Offer: Subscribe to the $50 Nespresso Coffee Subscription plan by 11:59pm 1/8/21 to receive 1st & 6th month FREE (value of $50 off for the first month and $50 off for the 6th month). Claimants can choose the $75 or $100 per month plans, but will need to pay additional monthly fees of $25 or $50 respectively.

With a Nespresso Coffee Subscription, you pay a monthly fee, and you benefit from 10% extra monthly credit and free standard delivery with every order of 50 or more coffee capsules. E.g. Pay $50 per month and receive $55 to spend at Nespresso each month plus receive free standard delivery with every order of 50 or more capsules.

  • Claimants must redeem the Mother’s Day Coffee Credit Offer (i.e. place and receive a coffee order using the $60 or $30 Coffee Credit), before they are eligible to redeem the subscription part of the offer.   • The same Member account must be used for both the Mother’s Day Coffee Credit Offer and Subscription Offer redemptions i.e. the same person must claim the Coffee Credit and then go on to take up the subscription part of the offer. Therefore, the offer cannot be split across 2 different Nespresso Members.
  • There is a limit of one Nespresso subscription plan offer per Nespresso Membership account.

  • The abovementioned Terms and Conditions apply with the following exceptions:
    • To subscribe, the claimant must click on the link as provided by Nespresso. The claimant cannot subscribe by visiting the Coffee Subscription section of the Nespresso website.
    • The $50 off the 1st & 6th month subscription offer applies to the $50, $75 and $100 monthly plans only.
  • Change of plan: You can change your plan type at any time, such as moving from the $50 monthly plan to the $75 monthly plan. However, if you change your plan after the 1st month and before the 6th month, you will not be eligible to receive $50 off the 6th month. Rather, you will need to set up a new plan as per the current plans available at the time and your $50 discount in the 6th month will be forfeited.
  • The subscription plan can be paused or cancelled at any time without financial penalty.
  • If claimants cancel before the 6th month, they will not be eligible to receive $50 off the 6th month.
  • The value of the subscription offer is $50 for the first month and $50 for the 6th month. Claimants will need to pay additional monthly fees if they choose the $75 or $100 per month plans ($25 or $50 respectively).
  • Subscriptions will rollover unless cancelled by the subscriber and standard monthly fees will apply.
  • There will be a nominal charge of $0.01 on your credit card if ordering the $50/month plan and this $0.01 will be deducted from your first coffee order once the subscription is set up. This fee is required so we can capture your credit card for ongoing monthly payments. If you choose the $75 monthly plan, $50 will be deducted from the first month, so you will only have to pay an additional $25. If you choose the $100 monthly plan, $50 will be deducted from the first month, so you will only have to pay an additional $50.
  • Should the eligible claimant fail to redeem a Coffee Subscription Plan by 11:59pm 1/8/21 the subscription offer of $50 off the 1st & 6th months will become null and void.

Claim Method: To claim, claimants must:

  1. Be or become a Nespresso Member;
  2. Claimants must redeem the Mother’s Day Coffee Credit offer (i.e. place and receive a coffee order using the $60 or $30 Coffee Credit), before they are eligible to redeem the subscription part of the offer.
  3. When claimants receive their coffee order using the Coffee Credit, they will receive details from Nespresso with how they can redeem the subscription offer. Claimants will need to visit www.nespresso.com/NZ/en/mday choose the desired subscription plan (either $50 monthly plan, $75 monthly plan or $100 monthly plan), read and accept the terms and conditions, and check out by 11:59pm 1/8/21 to have $50 deducted from the first month’s payment.
  4. Note: There will be a charge of $0.01 on your credit card if ordering the $50/month plan and this $0.01 fee will be deducted from your first coffee order once the subscription is set up. This fee is required so we can capture your credit card for ongoing monthly payments. For example, if you choose the $75 monthly plan, $50 will be deducted from the first month, so you will have to pay an additional $25. Similarly, if you choose the $100 monthly plan, $50 will be deducted from the first month, so you will have to pay an additional $50.

Offer Delivery: Once claimants have received their coffee order using the Coffee Credit, they will have until 11:59pm 1/8/21 to sign up to a Nespresso Coffee Subscription Plan in order to redeem $50 off the 1st & 6th months.

After ordering the subscription online and making the first subscription payment, claimants will receive an email to confirm that the subscription has been processed. The Nespresso credit will be added to a Nespresso account that is linked with your membership within 15 business days of receipt of the fees.

Maximum Claims Permitted: The claimant may only claim the $50 off the 1st & 6th months Subscription offer once (1) per Nespresso Member.

Other Conditions:

  1. The Offer is available to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who provide an New Zealand postal address and comply with these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé New Zealand Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this offer.
  2. Use with other offers: This Offer can only be used in conjunction with the Nespresso Mother’s Day Coffee Credit Offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount. The Offer is not valid for commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.
  3. Verification: Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a purchase receipt) must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. The serial number of the machine must also be provided to Nespresso. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void.
  4. Returns: Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of purchase.
  5. Privacy: Nespresso collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the Offer. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Nespresso Privacy Policy. Visit www.nespresso.com/nz/en/legal to access the Nespresso Privacy Policy.
  6. Receipt of claims: Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
  7. Not transferable: All Offers unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
  8. New Zealand Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
