Nespresso Coffee Subscription, View Lungo Cup Set & 6th Month Free Promotion 2021

  1. Promoter: The Promoter is Nestlé New Zealand Ltd. trading as Nespresso New Zealand of Level 3, 12 – 16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland 1010.
  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 9.00am 6 October 2021 and closes 11.59pm 31 October 2021 (“Close Date”).
  3. Eligibility Criteria: This offer is available to;
    1. New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who provide a New Zealand postal address and comply with these terms and conditions.
    2. Existing Nespresso Members who have not subscribed to a Coffee Subscription Service in the last 12 months; and
    3. New Nespresso Members who have not subscribed to a Coffee Subscription Service in the last 12 months;

This offer is NOT available to;

  1. Existing Coffee Subscription Service subscribers
  2. Employees of Nestlé New Zealand Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this offer
  1. Participating Retailers: Participating retailers are Nespresso Boutiques and the Nespresso website at com/nz.
  2. Offer: Subscribe to any Nespresso Coffee Subscription plan by the Close Date to get the 6th month of your Nespresso Coffee Subscription plan and a View Lungo Cup Set for free with your first coffee order. This offer must be used by the Close Date.
  3. Offer availability: This Offer is subject to stock availability within the applicable channel. If stock runs out, the Promoter reserves the right to end the promotion or replace the View Lungo Cup Set with an alternative replacement gift of equal or higher value.
  4. Claim Method: To claim, claimants must during the Promotion Period:
  5. Visit a Nespresso Boutique and sign up to a Coffee Subscription Service plan; or
  6. Visit the Nespresso website at nespresso.com/nz and click on the link to the Coffee Subscription Service; and
  7. Select your preferred Coffee Subscription Service plan and accept the Coffee Subscription Service terms and conditions (available at https://www.nespresso.com/nz/en/legal).
  8. Place a coffee order using your Nespresso Coffee Subscription coffee credit by 11:59pm, 30 November 2021. The free View Lungo Cup Set will be delivered with your first coffee order.
  9. Claims Close Date: Registration to the Coffee Subscription Service must be completed no later than 11.59pm 31 October 2021 (“Claim Close Date”). In order to receive the free View Lungo Cup Set for free, claimants must place their first order using their Nespresso Coffee Subscription coffee credit by 11:59pm, 30 November 2021.
  10. Maximum claims permitted: Claimants may claim this offer (1) time during the Promotion Period.
  11. Offer delivery: After signing up to the Nespresso Coffee Subscription plan in the Nespresso boutique or online, and after making the first subscription payment, claimants will receive an email to confirm that the Nespresso Coffee Subscription has been processed. The free View Lungo Cup Set will be added to the first coffee order made using the Nespresso Coffee Subscription coffee credit and will be delivered with that order. Nespresso Members who have subscribed to the two, three or four capsule a day plans, will not be charged for the 6th month of their subscription plan, and normal billing will resume the following month. Nespresso Members who have subscribed to the one capsule per day plan, will be not be charged for the 6th month and will only be charged $25 for the 7th month (i.e. half their bi-monthly fee). Normal billing for one capsule per day plan will then resume.
  12. Use with other offers: This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount.
  13. Nespresso Coffee Subscription Plan Terms and Conditions apply. These can be viewed at https://www.nespresso.com/nz/en/legal. The Nespresso coffee subscription plan is open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18+ and has a fixed cost, which will be charged through a monthly or bi-monthly fee. There may be a wait of up to 5 business days for the subscription credit to appear on your account. Only one Nespresso subscription plan available per Nespresso membership account. Members can terminate their Nespresso subscription plan at any time by contacting Nespresso at 0800 234 579 or by visiting the Nespresso
  14. Verification: Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a purchase receipt) must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void.
  15. Returns: Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of purchase.
  16. Modifications: Nespresso reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this offer by notice on the website or by email to you.
  17. Offer Extension: Nespresso reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend the offer by notice on the website or by email to you.
  18. Privacy: Nespresso collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the Offer. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Nespresso Privacy Policy. Visit https://www.nespresso.com/nz/en/legal to access the Nespresso Privacy Policy.
  19. Receipt of claims: Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
  20. Not transferable: All Offers unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
  21. New Zealand Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
  22. Tampering: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple claims that are not associated with a separate eligible purchase, or submitting a claim which is not otherwise in accordance with these terms.
  23. Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Promotion.

Nespresso Coffee Subscription, Caran d’Ache Pencil Set & 6th Month Free Promotion 2021

The Offer is not valid for commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion.

The Nespresso coffee subscription plan is open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18+ and has a fixed cost, which will be charged through a monthly or bi-monthly fee. Nespresso Welcome Offer

The Welcome Offer is available on the Club Member’s first or second coffee order only.

Club Members can only redeem the Welcome Offer once per Club Member account number. Free standard delivery only.

Welcome Offer coffee selections and gifts subject to stock availability.

Accessory gift available only with the 150 capsule Welcome Offer.

Capsule dispensers are supplied without capsules.

Selection of complimentary accessories will be determined by Nespresso and will not include the full accessories range.


Nespresso Father’s Day Promotion 2021 – Original Line Coffee Machines

Promotion Name: Nespresso Father’s Day Promotion 2021 – Original Line Coffee Machines (“The Promotion”).

Promoter: The Promoter is Nestlé New Zealand Ltd. ABN 77 000 011 316 trading as Nespresso New Zealand of Level 3, 12-16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland, NZ 1010.

Eligibility Criteria: Coffee Credit Claims can be availed by:

  • Residents of New Zealand;
  • Who have purchased a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
  • Who are new/existing Nespresso Members;
  • Who have otherwise complied with these terms and conditions.

Note: MINIMUM SPEND APPLIES. Claimants will have to spend an additional amount in order to redeem the Coffee Credit. See Minimum Spend section below for details.

Promotional Period: The Promotion starts at 12:01am on 2/8/2021 and closes at 11:59pm on 26/9/2021.

Participating Products: Offer 1 Participating Products include Creatista Plus, Creatista Pro, Creatista Uno, Gran Lattissima, Lattissima One, Lattissima Pro, Lattissima Touch, CitiZ&milk and Essenza Plus & Aeroccino3 Nespresso coffee machine ranges.

Offer 2 Participating Products include Essenza Mini, Essenza Mini & Aeroccino3 and Inissia Nespresso coffee machine ranges.

Note: Availability of models and colours may vary by store.

A Participating Product does not include:

  1. Nespresso Business Solution machines; or
  2. Commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds of similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion; or
  3. Nespresso Barista machines.

Participating Retailers: Participating Product must be purchased directly either from:

  1. a Nespresso Boutique; or
  2. by calling the Nespresso Club on 0800 234 579; or
  3. by visiting Nespresso website and Nespresso mobile app.

Offer: If you purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period, you will receive either $60 or $30 off your Nespresso coffee order via redemption from Nespresso.

Offer 1: Purchase any Offer 1 Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period and receive $60 to spend on your Nespresso coffee capsule order via redemption from Nespresso (“Coffee Credit”)

Offer 2: Purchase any Offer 2 Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period and receive $30 to spend on your Nespresso coffee capsule order via redemption from Nespresso (“Coffee Credit”).

Claim Method: To claim, claimants must:

  1. Go to a Participating Retailer;
  2. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
  3. Be or become a Nespresso Member;
  4. Coffee Credit orders can be redeemed online (visit www.nespresso.com), or by phoning Nespresso on 0800 234 579 or by visiting a Nespresso boutique. Free standard delivery is included with redemption if ordering online or by phone.

    Please note that Coffee Credit orders must meet the following conditions:
    • Orders must be placed by 11:59pm 21/11/2021.
    • The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used in full in a single transaction of 50 capsules or more and the total order amount must exceed the $60 or $30 Coffee Credit.
    • MINIMUM SPEND APPLIES. See below for details.

Offer Delivery: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 will be provided to the claimant in the same transaction as their purchase of a Participating Product at point of sale. Free standard delivery is included with redemption if ordering online or by phone.

Coffee Credit Conditions: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used to purchase Nespresso capsules from Nespresso channels where the Coffee Credit must be used in full in a single transaction by 11.59pm on 21/11/2021.

Claimants need to purchase 50 capsules or more (5 sleeves where each contains 10 capsules) in order to redeem the Coffee Credit and the total order amount must exceed the Coffee Credit. Minimum spend applies.

The Coffee Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount. 

Minimum Spend: The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used in full in a single transaction of 50 capsules or more and the total order amount must exceed the $60 or $30 Coffee Credit.

Claimants will have to spend an additional amount in order to redeem the Coffee Credit. For example:

For Offer 1: Claimants may purchase 70 capsules (7 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Arpeggio capsules at $0.89 per capsule at a total cost of $62.30. Following application of the 60.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $2.30 or

For Offer 2: Claimants may purchase 60 capsules (6 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Arpeggio capsules at $0.89 per capsule at a total cost of $44.50. Following application of the $30.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $14.50.

Maximum Claims Permitted: A maximum of three (3) claims in total will be accepted per customer during the Promotional Period for Offer 1 and Offer 2, provided each claim represents the separate purchase of a Participating Product.

The claimant must provide Nespresso with the proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a receipt or valid invoice) that must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the amount owing and the date of the purchase.
