It is a compact coffee maker that does not take up much space on the kitchen counter. Great when having guests over who want a single cup of coffee or espresso quickly.

I have been cleaning this machine how it is supposed to be cleaned and it has started to throw my coffee towards where the used coffee pods go I have wasted so much pods trying to make it work and it just doesn’t work. I really love the coffee and machine but it is so unfortunate it stopped working for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were long time users of the other major single pod coffee maker. During covid we upgraded to an espresso machine and love it, but it is time consuming on week days or for gatherings. We tried to use our old machine again and literally dumped out of coffees, we’re spoiled from the espresso machine. We got this just to try and the quality of drink is much better than the other single serve machine. The reviews for longevity have me concerned, but this produces better than average coffee for a single use machine and is sleek on our countertop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. So it was time to replace my pod machine, and I switched to capsules! First off, this machine is stunning. Absolutely looks gorgeous sitting on my counter. Its very sleek and slim so it doesn't take up much space. The coffee and Espresso are amazing. The machine creates this rich frothy foamy brew that is unlike any other single serve machine i have tried. Setup was easy and I was enjoying my coffee within fifteen minutes of unpacking. There is an app, but its not necessary to run the machine. The only con is the capsules are not easily accessible. You can't get them at your local store, you have to order them. They are also not available in your favorite coffee shop flavors. The coffee is exceptional but I wish it was easier to get your hands on it!

I have never used a machine like this before, but after reading through the instructions (which there are many of) I think I figured it out fairly quickly. The drink capsules/pods come in so many varieties, I am amazed at the quality of drinks I can make at home now.

One of the best features is that I can make a carafe at one time or just a single cup. So if I have to make coffee for a few people we aren't all waiting for our turn. It makes coffee quickly and quietly and the machine is slim so it doesn't take up much space on my buffet. It is easy to use, sleek and modern and makes the best tasting coffee. I am obsessed with this!! Seriously if you love coffee you need this in your life! So worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had an Original Nespresso machine for about 5 years and LOVE it. I'm a daily espresso drinker and don't really care for larger serving sizes (lungo, etc.). The Vertuo gives you much greater flexibility to make up to full cups of coffee, which is nice, but isn't really for me. It also relies on bar code technology to know which size of beverage to prepare, which is really cool, but limits any ability to purchase third party (I think) pods. The pods are also more expensive than Original. The machine itself is much quieter than my Original and doesn't vibrate the cup off - it also has a larger water reservoir which is nice and makes a foamier crema. If you're into using Nespresso for larger (but not huge) cups of coffee and like the occasional espresso, get the Vertuo. If you just want an espresso, get an Original machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ll be real, I’m not a huge coffee person. But this machine has made me actually enjoy coffee. I no longer am left with an enormous pot of coffee when all I want is a small cup or two. I’m able to try a different kind of brew everyday until I find the one that works best for my palette. And I’m able to set up the machine with the app and have it brew my cup when I’m still in bed trying to get up. It’s quick, easy to use, takes up very little counter space, and is super convenient for people who are busy and on-the-go. The app is user friendly and it makes ordering pods simple and easy. I also love that the pods all have good descriptions stating what they taste like and how strong of a brew they are. It makes finding the ‘right’ kind of coffee or espresso incredibly easy. I’ve really begun to love coffee now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I like to try different types of coffees, we have been a Keurig user for many years and have been happy with it. This machine is different and it provides a way to make espresso which I find very exciting! The machine came with sample pods as well as a glass coffee mug which I thought was wonderful. Due to our small kitchen set up, we do find it a bit inconvenient that the water is to the rear of the machine, this makes it difficult for us. This machine is also Bluetooth capable but since we are not very high tech people we have not tried that out yet. The machine runs fairly quickly, it takes roughly 30 seconds from the time you hit brew to when the coffee starts pouring. The machine is a tad noisy but not too bad. Overall, we think this is a nice machine and look forward to trying all different types of coffees and espresso‘s.

The Nespresso machine is slim/sleek in design, so it doesn't take up alot of counterspace and blends in with any decor. The machine comes with instruction panflits, but I found it easy to set up my machine through the app. There is a nespresso app for Android or ios that you can pair your machine too. Pairing my phone to my machine was easy. In the app it shows you if your machine needs maintenance, if it's still in the cleaning cycle...pretty much let's you know what's going on with your machine. There are videos within the app that guid you to starting your machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I think the Vertuo Next is nice. This machine has a small footprint on my counter. The left side cannot be right against something because the used capsule container opens on the left. It is nice how the capsules are automatically thrown into the used capsule container with a drip tray. Other than that it fits on a small space as it not wide. Everything I have made so far gives me instant gratification. The coffee, espresso, and double espresso have all been extremely delicious and very strong. I do drink multiple cups a day so it is nice that the water tank is not too large. I can fill it up in the morning and by bedtime it is near empty and can be rinsed before morning. It is the perfect size.

If your a espresso/coffee lover you have to get one. Nespresso makes so many different caffeinated and non caffeinated flavors to choose from, so there is something for everybody. The taste of Nesspresso drinks are stronger and richer tasting than regular at home coffee pot coffee or espresso. The overall appliance is small and compact which makes it perfect for people who have limited counter space. The set up is very easy and the appliance is simple to opperate which makes enjoying a hot or cold beveage much better. It even has an option to use your wifi to schedule specific brewing times. Great product to have in your home or give as a gift.

I don’t have much counter space so this was a huge factor in what I wanted in a coffee / espresso machine. It’s also super simple to use. With only one button to click, the machine knows what size pod you put in. I’m still testing out all the different pods that came with the machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Nespresso machine. I have made coffee every morning using every single other method/machine, except for Nespresso. Two weeks in, I'm loving it. It's fairly sleek as far as a counter-top machine goes, and super simple to use. It's fun to get a variety pack of capsules too, so some days I can have a coffee and other days go fancy with an espresso or latte.
Here's why I removed one star: Nespresso must have been annoyed with all the other companies that created off-brand capsules, as they changed the design of this machine and it only accepts a new size of capsule. Right now there are no off-brand options, and the Nespresso ones cost over a dollar per drink. They also have limited options now if you're trying to buy them in bulk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Nepresso coffee machine for a while and I absolutely love it. I like the bigger vertuo pods, which can make different sizes of espresso -- single shots, doppio espressos and full cups of coffee. It takes less than a minute to have perfectly made espresso. Nespresso carries a variety of flavor and size pods on their website -- I prefer a lighter espresso. The machine is easy to use and has a convenient storage tank on the side for used pods. The water tank is easy to fill. You can either detach it and fill it in the sink, or add water to the top of the tank. It's also easy to clean as the tank, the pod storage and cup holder all detach. This thing is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so small but delivers such a win for my household. The compact, sleek design looks amazing left out on my countertops. We have limited counter space and want to be able to make espressos and regular coffee and this does a superb job of both. I love that the machine doesn't have to be programmed for each cup, whether we are making a carafe of coffee for our family to share, or just a single espresso to help me get through an afternoon. I don't have to switch any modes and the machine just knows what to do. The coffees and espressos are both the same quality as if I was to go get take out coffee, but much more affordable. We have friends with larger Nespresso machines and this is the same quality as the more expensive lines, just more compact. The only downside is I still have to use a separate milk frother, but the coffee is so smooth and delicious that I can't imagine owning anything else.

Loved the coffee when it worked. But now the machine leaks really bad from the top, down the sides, and out the bottom. Right now mine is overflowing a 12oz mug unless I push the button to manually stop. Light on top is constant flashing orange and cannot do anything, even clean, descale, or reset functions don't work! Check reddit/nespresso for the multitude of comments about how bad this particular machine is.

It has its own app to download to let you know if your machine needs cleaning, support if you have questions or issues and even let's you order more pods and the selection they offer is amazing!
