I like that the sleek, slim design makes this machine easy to tuck away. I do wish the pods were easier to find and maybe a little less expensive but it’s the closest you’ll get to a coffeehouse cup of coffee at home.

We only have the glass mug it came with, but I like how you can raise/lower the platform where the cup sits for larger mugs. Espresso is delish!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doesn’t replace my carafe in the mornings, but is very nice to have an espresso throughout the day. I love sampling the different options. You have the choice of different sizes based on the pod. The machine reads the pod and it automatically knows how hot to brew it and the portion size. You must let it run a 7 minute prime/cleaning cycle before your first cup. The instructions were very frustrating at first. Very complicated and unnecessarily so. I decided to look up videos online which was way easier. The machine only has 1 button but it’s actually very smart. It’s quick to brew. It’s louder than a normal coffee machine. I’m disappointed at how expensive the pods are but it’s not a game changer for me. It’s very slender but deep so keep that in mind. Overall, I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit just looks very nice and fancy sitting on your countertop. Adding pods is simple, open and click down as you turn to lock it. It makes multiple different sizes for your expresso needs. We always go with the large amount and you can just click the button after to top it off some more. The app is simple to use and lets you if there’s something needed from your unit. Once you’re done you open it up and it drops the used pod into the internal dispensary that pops off easy to dump and pop it right back on. The water tank is also crazy easy to fill and set back on. Totally replaced our old Keurig with this beauty!

Not only does it brew coffee in different volumes, it also makes delicious espresso. The machine itself is narrow and takes up very little space on our kitchen countertop. There is a wide variety of pods available in different flavors and strengths, I like the the lighter roasts while my husband prefers the dark. We love the convenience of making a fresh cup every morning. I highly recommend this machine!

The water was easy to fill, the directions were pretty straightforward and coffee was made with ease. The machine has a little side "trashcan" if you will where it drops the used pods when you open to put in a new one. My only issue is that everything that is done is by using the same single button up top and not all instructions are provided on paper. In order to find how to customize the water used, you will have to visit the website which is silly since there is an app that you can connect the brewer to. The app however only provides information on what the brewer is doing an maintenance, where as you should just be able to set the water in there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had such a great experience with this Nespresso Vertuo Next espresso machine. It is so pretty and so sleek right out of the box. The rose gold metal makes it such an eye catcher on my coffee bar. I was able to set it up in minutes and pair it with the Nespresso app I got from my App Store. The instructions are easy to follow and very helpful in getting to know the machine. The water tank reservoir holds a decent amount of water and lasts me a few days. The pods are easy to insert but the first few times opening the lever to insert the pods is tough. Took me awhile to unlock it and get it to pop open, but works smoothly now. When I’m done the pods automatically drop into an attached bin for disposal. The bin holds quite a few pods and is easy to take out and dispose of the pods. It comes with a cute glass Nespresso branded mug that is perfect for all sizes of espressos made on the machine. The vertuo and the mug are easy to clean and the mug is dishwasher safe. I’m also loving the different varieties of coffee that it starts you off with and I’m noticing they have a lot more flavors rolling out in the store on the app. The app is convenient for maintenance like descaling and also for trouble shooting the machine itself. Also has the store front to purchase pods online and locations nearby of brick and mortar stores that carry these pods too. Definitely a great machine for any coffee lover that is also tech savvy.

You can make espresso or just a regular cup of coffee in just a couple of minutes. It has several size selections so whether your sharing with a friend or just making a cup to go it's got you covered. You can easily froth your milk if you like a creamy foam on top, and the design looks nice and makes my kitchen look a little more updated also. Plus the pods are recyclable!!!

The machine comes with a nespresso glass cup and various pods to try out. I however like the fact that I can but starbucks pods and brew espresso that way. Also you can brew a small cup of coffee. So far so good I have had no problems.

I can brew a cup of coffee, double expresso or a carafe. This versatile machine is a must have if your a coffee lover. It also some with a sleeve of pods. The machine automatically adjusts between type of brew, size and temperatures. Also love the fact that it is very sleek and compact.

I do however, wish the water tank was on the side of the machine rather than the back. Quick heat up time, less than 30 seconds. The pods have a barcode that the machine will read and this determines the size of the cup of coffee that will be brewed. The cup support moves up and down or you can take it off if you want to fill a tall cup or carafe. It brews a good strong cup of coffee. Only works with the veturo pods due to barcode technology.

There are several varieties of capsules available to suit your taste or desired cup size. My favorite so far is a Costa Rican variety. The machine is very elegant looking and has a sleek profile which is much appreciated to keep counters from looking cluttered. Nespresso won’t replace my morning coffee (almost feels too indulgent?) but I enjoy it as a treat and especially when serving guests. One thing to note, I did find the machine to be very loud. This is another reason it won’t replace my traditional coffee pot in the morning. I’m afraid it would wake the house

Worked great for a month then started leaking. Cleaned it and it was fine for a few weeks. Then came the blinking amber light. Clean, descale, clean, clean, clean and nothing. Only 18 months old and out of warranty. Seems this is an issue with this model and several others. Stay away

I am now able to choose if I want just a regular cup of coffee or if Im feeling up for a latte I can do that too. I can brew just for me or for several people. It pays for itself since I now have the coffee shop at home. It's a gorgeous machine, it's small and blends into any decor. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants an innovative machine with the ability to choose multiple drink options. I am really happy to have this in my home.

Perfectly brewed cup of coffee, espresso, etc. I love how each capsule measures a specific amount of coffee to make. The machine is beautiful. The app works well. Enjoy the fact that when you open the machine to put the next capsule and it automatically throws the capsule into the waste part of the machine. Only downfall is that the castles are a bit pricey; but not more than ordering a drink out and about. I’ve never had a coffee maker make foamy coffee at home! So far one of my best coffee makers. I feel like I my own fancy coffee server.

This thing excels and surpasses all the the others and it’s so easy to you. The back water access is easy to open and refill. The pods have barcodes so it read and knows exactly how much you need depending on if you choose regular coffee or an expresso. I love that when you open it to place a new pod in that it discards the previous for you. And it makes your house smell amazing!!!!! Let’s not forget about the size too. It’s so narrow , you can fit it almost anywhere on your countertops. Idk how I’ve been so long without nespresso but I’m not sure I can turn away now. If your on the fence just go ahead and get one!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace my older vertuo machine and was impressed by the small footprint on my counter and the versatility of the to coffee sizes. I have long been a Nespresso convert. The flavor of the coffee and espresso is so rich and creamy. This is coffee for someone who savors coffee. I like the crema and I love the overall design of the unit. It has clean lines and an understated appearance. There are so many flavors of capsules to choose from including iced coffees and lattes. I wish there was a milk foamer attachment, but this is a great Vertuo line for those who have limited counter space. The unit heats up fast, it is a little load, but what machine isn't. The key is that it is quick, so the noise does not last long and is not an issue. Very easy to use and the perfect temperature for the roast in each capsule is figured out for you by the machine. You will never get that burnt taste of improperly brewed coffee with this machine.
