I love the variety of coffee available, especially that there are multiple decaf options. I love having a decaf cappuccino in the evenings so this has been great. Disappointed with the quality of coffee. There is no froth and the coffee tastes like drip coffee and extremely watered down. Will not recommend this machine.

I bought it over a year ago and it completely stopped working even after doing everything in the manual to try to get it back to work again. Wasted a lot of coffee pods too. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours with customer service to try all sorts of procedures to finally tell me that the machine was defective.

Got one in December. I loved it! One day it stopped working. It would turn on and then the red light blinked and just shut off. Customer Service is the best. They sent me a new machine. In April all the pods tasted bitter. I thought maybe it was the pods I was using but no it was the machine. I called and the sent me a refurbished Next machine. I had that a for 2 weeks and it would leak during the cleaning cycle. I called again and I was able to switch out my machine to a different one. Honestly I loved this machine but I just didn't love the issues.
