Have owned this unit for only 6 months - it has been nothing but problems. It constantly stops working and resets and cleaning do nothing to solve the problem. Do not buy this unit - you are in for endless mornings where you cant get a coffee.

This Nespresso - Vertuo Next premium machine is a game changer in how I was making my coffee at home. First of all, I absolutely like the slim and modern design of this machine. It has a Rosegold chrome finish on the top that gives it a classy look. It looks good on my kitchen counter or anywhere you put this machine on. Since it has a slim design, it takes up a very less space on my kitchen countertop, and making coffee in it is a breeze. Secondly, I like that you can make wide range of coffee's like espresso, double espresso, etc. in it without requiring different settings. Moreover, it adapts brewing parameters to each capsule automatically. I have been using it for a while and we love the taste of coffee made in this machine. I always make sure to clean the machine after each use. Its a great coffee machine.

We have a vituo machine at home, so it just made sense to get one for the mountain house which we use on average a week a month. The size is perfect for the space we have and it makes excellent coffee. The other plus is we can stop the search for a K-cup coffee that is as good as the Nespresso cups.

Works great at first. The only issue I had with it first was that it would not make back to back cups of coffee. You had to wait 10 minutes to make a second because it would error out and you'd waste a pod. Other than that it was amazing. The coffee and espresso both tasted amazing and it made better lattes and cappuccinos than most coffee places. Fast forward a year or so and things are not so great. It is erroring on almost every pod, even after a cleaning cycle after every pod, several calls to tech support, descaling and wiping down every interior surface short of taking the thing apart. I have wasted several pods and am wondering if I should eat the loss of the remaining pods I have or risk a replacement. If you can afford to replace every year or so, go ahead and get it. If not, might want to look at a different model than this one.

I’ve had my Nespresso for about a year, and use it daily. I do also have a Keurig, so I tend to alternate coffees. But my Nespresso makes the most beautiful, delicious drinks! I froth 2% milk for hot or cold lattes/macchiato, or sometimes just brew a pod on its own. Best purchase to help eliminate buying at the coffee shops!

When it works, coffee is ok. The cleaning process sucks, it breaksdown continuously, it leaks, and troubleshooting usually costs you 15$. The pods are super expensive and get wated when troubleshooting. For the price, it should have a simple button based consol panel to clean the machine. Save your money, and move the next
