What is Coffee Creations?

How do I update my Vertuo Next to use Coffee Creations?

Your Vertuo Next may require a software update for this additional feature. Follow these easy steps to complete an update. 1. Pair your machine with a smartphone. Full instructions can be found HERE 2. Once your machine is paired, leave it plugged in overnight 3. The next morning, unplug and plug your machine back in. 4. Your machine should install the update and be ready within a few minutes.

What is Vertuo’s intelligent brewing technology?

Vertuo’s intelligent brewing technology, called Centrifusion™ brewing technology, allows your machine to read each capsules unique barcode, adjusting the extraction settings to ensure every coffee is as perfect as the one before. Spinning the capsule at up to 4000 rpm every note of each blend is released into your cup. Equipped with an intelligent system that individually reads each coffee machine capsule, every coffee is extracted perfectly as intended, delivering the ideal in-cup result. The unique barcode on each capsule contains bespoke extraction parameters, that regulate the flow and volume of water, temperature, infusion time and even the speed of the capsule rotation.

What kind of coffees can the Vertuo machine create?

This Vertuo Next machine makes 6 different cup sizes: Craft Brew: 535ml, for shared coffee moments Cold Brew: 355ml, perfect for sharing Mug: 230 ml, a mug of coffee ideal with a dash of milk Gran Lungo: 150 ml, an ideal long black Double Espresso: 80 ml, a double-shot espresso Espresso: 40 ml, a classic espresso

What is the difference between Vertuo Next, Vertuo Next Premium and Vertuo Next Deluxe?

Vertuo Next is contemporary, sleek and is available in Cherry Red, White and Dark Grey with a plastic cup support and pourer. Vertuo Next Premium has a refined finish with chrome accents. It comes with a metal outer cup support featuring metallic colour accents. Available in Classic Black with Chrome and Rich Brown with Rose Gold. Vertuo Next Deluxe is luxurious and have a metal outer cup support with chrome finish, chrome machine head and stainless steel pourer. Available in Dark Chrome.

How to make hot milk & cold froth with the Aeroccino3?

Create light, creamy hot milk in approx. 70-80 seconds by pressing the button once. For cold milk froth, perfect for an iced recipe, press the button for 2 seconds until it lights up blue. Your cold frothed milk will be ready in approx. 60 seconds. Maximum capacity if preparing milk froth: 120 ml Maximum capacity if preparing hot milk: 240 ml

How does the barcode reader work?

Vertuo is an intelligent system that individually reads each coffee machine capsule. This means that every coffee is extracted perfectly as intended, delivering the ideal in-cup result. I have found that the pods run a fairly high price, but I have not been disappointed in the final product as far as the coffee itself goes. First, let me start by how much I love, love, love the coffee! I had previously subscribed to an auto delivery from another (organic) coffee company, I thought THEY had the best tasting coffee. that is until I got my Nespresso Machine & Hazelnut coffee. Now onto my complaint: The machines lid (to insert capsules) has gotten SO VERY difficult to lock & unlock (twist open/close), I have broken 3 coffee mugs now (by myself, husband and house guest). I practically arm-wrestle with the machine every single time I make a cup of coffee.

I recently purchased a vertuo next machine since my Vertuo Plus broke only three years after purchase. It seems the vertuo plus makes a different crema than the vertuo plus (it’s a bit more foamy than crema) but I still love the vertuo plus and the fact that it will regulate temperature for iced coffee pods and cold brew pods (a feature the vertuo plus did not have) all in all a good replacement machine!

Good Coffee, until it stops functioning

I bought this machine two years ago. About two weeks ago it stopped functioning. When I pressed the button (solid white light) the machine whirred for a while, then stopped with a flashing orange light. I tried cleaning it; same problem. Then I descaled the machine, following Nespresso's instructions; again no luck. I have since read many reviews of various Nespresso machines, many of which commented on the Vertuo Next's reliability problems.

Not the quality I expect from Nespresso

This machine falls far short of the quality I have come to expect from Nespresso. When I first purchased it, I was disappointed in the unit as compared to my Vertuo Plus (which I sadly gifted). Overall, it felt cheap and was really loud, but I thought the smaller footprint would compensate. After owning two of them, I now know that I was definitely wrong. My first one failed and I nor the Nespresso techs could figure out the issue, nor would the machine connect to the net for any diagnostics. Nespresso graciously sent me a replacement and now that has failed. Very much like the first. Some days it works, some days not. I never know if I'll get a cup. It has gotten to the point where I pulled out an old drip machine so I'd have a backup - and I've used it quite a bit. My advice...spend a little more on one of the higher quality models as it will be worth it in the long run.

I bought this a few months ago, taking a risk after reading reviews where people said that it didn't work, but it works great so far. Love it! The only thing that bugs me is that I feel like my coffee is not hot enough. I know that the machine is set to brew at the perfect temperature for the specified pod, but I always have to end up microwaving my mug for 30 seconds after a brew. Other than that, it is heaven :)

This machine is horrible. I bought it to use the reusable pods to make one cup of coffee one time a day and I have never been more unhappy with a coffee machine. It always requires cleaning. It will randomly stop working mid coffee. I gave this a shot after being a 15 year customer of the keurig machine and I'll be going back and purchasing a keurig.

Love that it makes coffee quickly and easy to clean/descale. Narrow enough to fit on the countertop and doesn’t take up too much space. Also got a rack to have the machine to stand on for my pods. Love how quickly this delivery got to me despite a delay too!
