That machine was my savior while staying at hotel shelter. It began to fail, even though I cleaned it and tried reprogramming ( many times). It’s small, so it fits perfectly in any space - much more convenient than the keurig she had. My only complaint is that you can’t fit regular size travel mugs underneath it, but we just brew into a coffee mug and transfer over. It was such a great price, too!

I bought this machine 2 months ago and I don’t like the mechanism at all, not even a little. I have to literally force shut the top of the machine where you insert the coffee pod using two hands. It’s not a smooth closure at all and feel like the machine will eventually weaken and break. I’m so disappointed because I truly believe in the brand and very much enjoy their coffee.
I really wish I had only bought the original machine I owned for seven years and never had an issue… I had the Virtuo vintage classic machine.

A little disappointed, bought this for my wife for Christmas so she could do the iced coffee feature. The space for a glass is much too small. Find ourselves swapping in a second glass to avoid overfilling. Why would you design it this way?
