Received this machine for Christmas after having the Breville for several years. I truly love the function of this machine with the milk frother and over aesthetic. However, I believe they chose design over function with the cup holder that is just too small to hold a larger cup without risk of it tipping over and more height for taller cups would be appreciated. This would be a perfect machine if these couple were a focus over the look.

Cappuccinos being the main reason with the option of hot and iced coffees as my next options. My only issue so far is the leaking/dripping down the inside with leads to a mess on the counter. It may be a learning curve for me, and I may need to make sure my cup is as high up to the drip as possible. But other than this, my morning coffees are A-Mazing!

I’ve grown to love the delicious, frothy espressos that come from the machine but they always leave me longing for more. I decided to acquire a Lattissima for my home to enable me to brew a full cup rather than just a shot. I also love an occasional cappuccino and it doesn’t get any better/easier than this. Best decision I made all last year! Added bonus: I make a great espresso martini and a shot from my Nespresso Lattissima has elevated this cocktail to the top of my repertoire.

Received this as a gift and have had nothing but trouble getting it to work. I've had Nespresso coffee machines for well over 5 years and this is one of the most frustrating machines I have ever used. I follow all instructions and get orange lights and listen to noise while my cup remains empty with no coffee. I waste pod after pod trying to figure out what's going on. Need help, PLEASE!

I am sad to write this review. I love Nespresso and have had a machine since 2012. I received this updated machine as a gift and it is so frustrating. Half the time it does not even work. I turn it off and on, replace the pod, make sure the water is in and the settings are right....press the button and wait for my coffee excitedly as lots of noise happens....nothing. No coffee. It is the most frustrating way to start the morning when I just want my coffee.

I do like the style of coffee and the machine foams milk perfectly, but like another reviewer I don't think this brews hot enough. A double-wall mug is pretty much a necessity to keep things drinkable. Nespresso provides a water hardness test and adjustment during setup, so not sure why brew temperature wouldn't be an available adjustment as well.

Sorry coffee isn’t hot enough in this machine

I got this for a gift and was so excited. It makes a beautiful cup of coffee and great cappuccino however it is not hot enough and goes tepid almost immediately. You can’t adjust temperature. I did a side by side with my keurig and the coffee was much hotter. So if you don’t mind a mildly warm cup of coffee this is fine but I have to return it. (And I’ve tried 4 cups so it didn’t change)

Fast, reliable Joe. I make pour over coffee + use my Nespresso machine, just depends on the mood and how much time I have. We have very small kitchen and limited counter top space and the machine is very compact. I also love the variety of coffee pods it takes, I like to try different kinds of coffees and tastes so this is so convenient. The milk system makes the coffee taste even better. I used to have an older version nespresso machine that did milk with pods and this system is so much better. The coffee tastes fresher, the milk adds thick foam and the whole cup tastes creamy and smooth. I’m so happy with this coffee machine!
