Bought this in 2018, and it is still making amazing coffee. We love it so much, we bought one for our mom! Smallest issue started about a year ago, it drips after doing a coffee. Only 5-6 drips each time. Also, since it's lasted so long, would be great to be able to buy a new front panel and capsule catch tray as they are getting a bit scratched from all the use! I will say, it doesn't like non nespresso capsule brands much, but, it's okay- we don't either!! Highly recommend this machine, will buy another when this eventually dies.

I have owned this product for a year. It does an amazing job on any setting selected, be it coffee or milk or both.
My only real issue is when a cleaning beyond a mere descaling, the prompts on the digital screen become quite confusing and somewhat counter intuitive. When the two lights remain blinking after a descaling, it becomes frustrating and any solution beyond that point has appeared to be accidental and coincidental. My tech phobia doesn’t help but the machine’s interface should help me get past my frustrations.

Bought this for my husband as a Father’s Day gift two years ago and we are still loving it. We are now buying an Expresso machine from breville to also have the fresh grind experience. I did not drink coffee before Nespresso now I am all about it! No issues with this machine since day one!

I really loved this machine when I first got it. I used it daily and cleaned it and maintained it per instructions. Unfortunately, the frother wand stopped working after 6 months. I went through a lengthy process to get it shiped and fixed. I ended up with a new one after a shipping error, which I am happy to have. But I am worried about the longevity of this product.

Bought this machine in 2020. Within the two years the coffee started tasting weird. Even after de-scaling it multiple times. The coffee still tastes weird. It seems like the machine is not clean from inside. Every espresso shot is inconsistent and I have stopped using the machine. I would never buy a Nespresso machine again.

I purchased my machine in June 2019, wow how time flies, and it features are better than expected. I can make any coffee drink that a Starbucks barista can make at home, for a fraction of the price. The selection of coffee never disappoints and the steam wand works great. My wife does not like coffee but enjoys chai tea lattes and who does not enjoy a good hot chocolate in the wintertime? The steam wand allows you to make many drinks with use and clean up as easy as it gets.

If I had to suggest any espresso machine that everyone should own, it would be the Creatista Plus! I’ve owned this machine for 3 years now and it works just like the day I first purchased it. The slim, compact machine fits perfectly on your counter top without taking up too much space. Plus, the sleek, classic design looks so high-end. The machine menu offers many espresso drink options such as cappuccino, lattes, flat white and so on. I personally love the cappuccino feature, they come out perfect every time! A cool (literally!) feature the machine has is being able to froth the milk with cold temperatures if you’re looking to make an iced drink. This is a great manual espresso machine that makes the perfect drink every time, without fail. I highly suggest the Creatista Plus and would be a great addition to any wedding registry!

Machine worked great until it stopped dispensing water. Nothing happens when you try to make coffee. No error. No suction. No coffee :( For the price I expected the life of the machine to be more than couple of years.

We've had the Creatista Plus for 4 years and use it everyday. It is makes fantastic espressos and lattes! Never had any mechanical issues. Just follow the maintenance prompts when they appear on the display.
For the best cup of your favorite coffee, use Nespresso brands. We tried non-Nespresso brand coffee pods and found them to be not as flavorful. My wife especially loves the coconut pod for a summer iced latte.

Words cannot express how much of a fan I am of this product. From ristrettos and gran lungos, to macchiatos and cappuccinos, this machine does it all! The machine is a little spendy but if you like to customize your coffee to your liking, the Creatista machines give you the most brewing flexibility than all others. The only “limitation,” if you want to call it that, is that it doesn’t brew large cups of coffee (5oz) but will get you most of the way there with the gran lungo setting at 4.4oz. The Original Line machines also use pressure as opposed to centrifusion (fast spinning) and results in a better extracted shot of espresso and better tasting coffee than the Vertuo line. Get this machine! You won’t be disappointed!

I truly don't understand all of the negative reviews. My first unit worked for about 5 years without issue. I clean the frother and descale whenever the machine prompts me. Having owned a manual espresso machine prior to this one, I find the maintenance to be minimal. As far as service goes, I have had to replace the water tank at their expense and recently had to send my machine in for repair. The repair did not work and I was sent a new machine at their expense. Every cup has been excellent. Milk froth varies a bit but is always acceptable. My favorite coffees are the Ristretto and the Roma and I always use the minimum milk. Every machine will require maintenance. I find the automatic guidance on this machine to be excellent and easy to follow. The machine is light enough to just pull out from under the cabinet slightly for the maintenance routines.

I’ve had my share of at home coffee makers and can confidently say this is the best at home coffee! It’s easy because you use pods and has pre-programmed drink styles but gives you flexibility in so many ways too like amount of foam, milk temp, espresso size, and pod choice! It’s worth every penny and saves money in the long run if you’re buying lattes out!
