We give the beans a dark split roast to highlight the coffees' rich roasted and cereal notes.

This 100% Arabica blend combines coffees from Kenya, Colombia and Costa Rica.
Roasting
One part of the blend gets a long and dark roast, while the second part is roasted a little faster and to a slightly lighter degree.
