After 12 months, your existing subscription becomes the Nespresso | program Subscription & You with a permanent discount on coffee up to 12%, free delivery and exclusive offers.

After purchasing a machine for a promotional price of PLN 1, a monthly subscription fee is automatically charged to your payment card. The funds are added as virtual credits to your Nespresso account. These credits can be used to buy coffee, accessories, or a new machine via the Nespresso website, app, Boutiques, or free Customer Service line.
You’ll also enjoy free delivery on orders over PLN 149.
This offer is valid only within Poland. -
You get the machine for only PLN 1 under a fixed-term agreement and benefit from free delivery on orders over PLN 149.

Yes, but please note that this is a fixed-term contract (12 or 24 months, depending on the machine). After that, it automatically renews to an indefinite plan.
You can cancel at any time, but early termination may result in an early cancellation fee—see the Detailed Terms & Conditions for the exact amount.
To cancel:
1. Go to the Contact section
2. Call Customer Service : 800 51 52 53
3. Visit any Nespresso Boutique in Poland -
You’ll have 3 months from the cancellation date to use your remaining Nespresso credits.
After this period, unused credits will expire and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
If early cancellation fees apply, they may be deducted from your remaining credit balance (as stated in the Terms & Conditions). -
To purchase the subscription on behalf of the employer, please send a copy of the power of attorney to: plankawowy@nespresso.com immediately after placing the order.
Failure to provide authorization will prevent order processing. -
After 12 or 24 months (depending on the machine), your contract automatically converts to a SUBSCRIPTION & YOU plan with the same monthly fee. You’ll also receive extra discounts on coffee and accessories.
If you do not want the plan to renew, you must contact Customer Care or visit a Boutique after the last installment. -
