A Nespresso customer agrees to a monthly fee for purchases at the Nespresso store in exchange for receiving additional benefits, including: free delivery for orders over PLN 149 gross, discounts on coffee and accessories, in accordance with the selected SUBSCRIPTION & YOU plan.

1. Select your preferred subscription plan.
2. Add coffee products to your cart with a minimum value matching your chosen plan (discounts will be applied after meeting the minimum value).
3. During checkout, a subscription activation code will be displayed. Enter this code in the cart before completing your order.
4. Add your payment card details for the recurring monthly payment.
You can also set up a subscription at any Nespresso Boutique.

Any registered Nespresso Club member can activate a subscription via nespresso.com or at a Nespresso Boutique.

Nespresso credits are virtual funds that can be used to purchase coffee, machines, or accessories via the Nespresso website, app, Boutiques, or the free Customer Service line.

Coffee discount applies from the first order.
Accessory discount is applied from your second order.

This offer is valid only within Poland.

Coffee discount applies to 500 capsules purchased within the last 30 days, and to 5 accessories in the same timeframe. For the PLN 220 plan, a 50% descaling kit discount applies to 1 kit per month. Check if you’ve exceeded these limits.

Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

A token amount of PLN 0.01 will be charged when the subscription agreement is signed. Monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn by Nestlé Polska, in accordance with your selected subscription plan.

Unused credits will roll over to the next month.

If you don’t use your credits for 12 consecutive months, your contract will be terminated by Nespresso.

You will then have 3 months to use your remaining credits.
After that, they will expire and be forfeited.

Yes. You can pause your subscription anytime for 1–3 months via your profile, at a Boutique, or through Customer Service.

1. Log in to your Nespresso account.
2. Go to your profile and select: Express Checkout
3. Under "Default payment method", choose “Credit Card” and add your new card details.
4. Click the green button: Save my preferences
5. Navigate to: Nespresso Subscription
6. In the “Payment Method” section, click: Edit payment method
7. Choose your newly added card.
8. Click the black button: Save changes

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. The new discounts will apply once the first payment under the new plan is processed.

The coffee/accessory discount is applied once the first payment of the new plan has been successfully processed.

You can continue using your accumulated credits, but you won’t have access to discounts or free delivery for orders over PLN 149.

Yes. You can exceed your subscription value and cover the difference using another payment method.

If we couldn’t process your payment last month, the amount due for both the current and previous month will be charged together.
