What is Relove?

It meets the same quality standards as our new machines and come with the same warranty. They are carefully inspected, repaired (if necessary), pampered, and tested by experts.

How are relove machines refurbished?
Nespresso machines are given another chance as a result of a rigorous refurbishment checklist.
STEP 1We collect machines that were returned to Nespresso.
STEP 2
The machine is carefully assessed to see if it can be refurbished or not. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, and repaired (if necessary) by trained technicians.
STEP 3
Machines are meticulously cleaned and descaled before being tested to ensure the optimal coffee extraction.
STEP 4
Finally, when the machines are ready, they are repackaged being one step closer to enjoying another life.

A RELOVE machine is a Nespresso machine that has been returned to Nespresso, or it incurred minor damage through external or internal handling, and it has been given another life. After being returned to Nespresso, the machine is carefully assessed to see if it can be refurbished or not. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, repaired*, cleaned, tested and repackaged, preventively maintained*, by trained technicians, thus becoming a RELOVE machine. They are all Nespresso quality-assured coming with a Nespresso warranty, as proof of our trust, and can now enjoy a new life. If the machine cannot be refurbished, we will ensure it is disposed of to be recycled in line with local regulations and practices by a third-party.

You may return your machine within the first 14 days, exactly the same as a regular Nespresso machine. Returns are subject to the return.
Yes, as with all new Nespresso VERTUO Next Standard or VERTUO Next Premium machines, RELOVE VERTUO Next Standard or RELOVE VERTUO Next Premium machines come with the same one-year warranty.
Machines can come from different sources:
• Damaged stock (internal and external)
• Consumer returns (incl. Bring Back programme), postal returns & refusals, out of warranty returns, and subscription returns
• Demo and test machines (used and unused)
• Exchanged machines (technical and commercial)
• Loan machines
• Defect machines
To us, circularity means keeping resources in use, i.e., keeping coffee machines in use as long as possible. Buying a RELOVE machine means keeping Nespresso machines in circulation for longer and helps to spares resources otherwise required to manufacture a new machine.
This will help us in our circularity journey and together, we can bring a new life to these machines that we want to love and RELOVE.
It is just one of the ways we're advancing circularity.
To limit waste and help us in our circularity journey, you can bring back your machine to us if it is a Nespresso Vertuo Next Standard, Vertuo Next Premium or Vertuo Pop coffee machines. Please, call our Customer Services Team to see details : 1-855-325-5781. For now, on an operational part, we can only refurbish these models of machines with RELOVE. Give your machine another life through the RELOVE programme.
If your machine is at the end of life and is not part of the list of machines above, we suggest you explore local recycling as a first option. Should no options exist in your area we can send you a label for recycling of your machine
All Nespresso Vertuo Next Standard and Vertuo Next Premium or Vertuo Pop coffee machines are welcome to be a part of RELOVE.
Only in the event that your machine is a Nespresso Vertuo Next Standard or Vertuo Next Premium or a Vertuo Pop would we want it returned to our refurbisher.
No, you do not need the original box to send/bring back your machine.
Preferably this would be great but don’t worry if some of the pieces are missing.
If your machine cannot be refurbished, it will be disposed of to be recycled in line with local regulations and practices.
Unfortunately, once you give your machine back to us, it will enter the RELOVE programme, and we will not be able to give it back to you. If your machine needs something repaired or replaced, then please reach out to our customer services teams, here.
Please keep in mind that if your machine is still under warranty and needs a repair, simply speak to one of our agents for your complimentary pickup and repair service. Outside of warranty, flat fees may apply for the pick-up and repair process.
