Have had this machine for almost 2 years. Absolutely love it!!! We use approximately 40 pods (7.7 oz.) per week which comes out to over 2000 pods per year. I run the cleaning cycle (just the hot water cycle - not the deep clean with the de-calcifier) almost every night after our last coffee. We use only filtered water, not water straight from the tap. We have never had a problem. It gives consistently terrific coffee each and every time. We would never go back to carafe style or any other single brew machine again. Love it, love it, love it!!! On a scale of 1-10 it gets a 12.

super quiet, great product

Had this for nearly a year and a half now, still runs like new, and super quiet. I get up early and have this in my office next to my bedroom and can run this at 6 am without waking up my wife, who is a very light sleeper. love it and recommend this for any early riser. Also fits great in my office. smaller models are available but this just looks cool on the desk.

I got my machine over a year ago. I simply think it makes the best coffee I can recall having. Lots of variety in pods, so I always have lots on hand for my guests to choose from. Recently ordered the Aeroccino frother for those rare days when I crave a cappuccino. I used to meet friends at coffee shops, but now we meet here instead.

I bought this on sale on a whim before the pandemic and I absolutely love it and regret nothing. I’ve been using it everyday ever since and been enjoying the variety of coffee they offer in the vertuo line. My favourite thus far has to be Fortado for lattes, a must try!

Nespresso Vertuo Chrome

After 2 Vertuo Next machines, I finally got my second replacement to Vertuo Chrome. I have to say this machine is amazing!!!! The coffee is hot, easy to use and a good size. I started with the Vertuo Next Delonghi originally early this year and had several issues with it. Although, I have to say that Nespresso has the best customer service and we’re very good with handling the shortfalls. Last week I finally gave up and the customer service rep recommend switching machines, they gave me the Vertuo Chrome - which has been outstanding so far. This is a great brand and by far the best customer service experience. Thanks Nespresso for making it right!
