I am a Nespresso club member for 29 years This Vertuo Plus machine is the top/best machine I’ve ever owned ! I am going to purchase another one to have on standby ! In case the one I have now quits. I have owned 6 machines in the past 29 years. End of story.

Meets all family members needs

We own two machines, one in our home and one in our lake house. I love the ability to have espresso or drip coffee pods to meet our family needs. The idea of pods is great because we have a variety of pods for family members and guests. Also guests can help themselves especially when they use our homes without us being present.

This machine is the second one we have had from Nespresso. It is is even better than than the model we replaced. We love the powered opening and closing feature. It is also quieter. For the price, I can’t imagine anything better. If you don’t believe me, check out the Consumer Reports review. They agree with me.. Best in Class!

First Machine and very impressed!

This was gifted to me by my boyfriend; he has an Original Line Latissma. I’m very happy that I chose a Vertuo Plus Deluxe. Easy to use, love the touch feature that lifts the lid up and down and one button to brew. It feels very reliable and very easy to clean. I hope to enjoy this machine for years to come!

I bought it over a month ago, and it was my second coffee machine from Nespresso, the previous one was a Vertuo Next which died after a year of use. I heard so many good things about the Plus series, and I gave it a try and I'm satisfied with my choice so far.

I brought my nespresso from Europe about 11 years ago when they were non existent in Canada or NA. Loved it. Then bought a larger machine 3.5 years ago and love it. Still have my smaller pod machine in my office. I love it.

Love the machine

Very easy to use and I like the automation to place and remove coffee. Certainly not the least expensive option for coffee but the coffee I have tried so far has been very good and coffee is a treat for me.. I don't drink it all day which could add up quickly for cost of pods.

Great coffee but noisy during operation

I bought my second Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe Roundhead machine because my first Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe Flathead machine failed to close the head after 3 years of good service, and there was no way to fix it by resetting or anything else. The second machine makes a good vertuo coffee as well, but it is noisier than the first one, which my family finds annoying.

Noisy

I had a silver one of these that lasted 5 years and I loved it. This one works the same way and brews the coffee just as well but the shiny black finish is harder to keep clean and this one is very noisy. We make 2 cups of coffee every morning and it does the first one fairly well but vibrates and makes all kinds of noise when making the second one.

We bought this one since our older one decided to let us down… I really do like it. Takes less room and the water reservoir is perfect. The down side is reservoir for old capsules which you need to empty more often

Plus bruyante que l'ancien modèle

J'ai acheté cette machine en remplacement de l'ancienne que j'avais acheté en 2020 (VertuoPlus à tête plate faite par DeLonghi) et qui était en fin de vie. Ma nouvelle machine fonctionne correctement pour le moment. Le contenant pour mettre de l'eau et le bac à capsules usagées s'enlèvent facilement et sont faciles à laver. Le porte-tasse s'enlève ce qui permet d'extraire le café directement dans un thermos pour emporter au travail. Les 2 points négatifs: - la machine est significativement plus bruyante que l'ancien modèle, particulièrement lorsque je fais un expresso; - dans l'ensemble, la construction/choix des matériaux me semblent de moins bonne qualité que mon ancienne machine. J'ai regardé d'autres modèles de machines Vertuo en magasin et en général la qualité des appareils semble avoir diminué, malheureusement.

Disappointing

Bought the machine and it worked great for two weeks. It then started brewing 16 oz every cup instead of 7.7 oz. This is my second machine in 6 months. First one was leaking from spout all over counter.

Flawed Design

I’ve recently updated from a round head to this machine and immediately upon opening it I noticed that where you place your cup (for nearly all of us, said cup will be round) the edge of the machine is also rounded, forcing an average sized cup almost off the platform. My former round head had a concave indentation for a cup to be placed into. The vibration of this machine mixed with the rounded body style requires a person to stand and hold their cup in place. Should you walk away and allow it to brew alone, as you should be able to, the vibration will walk the mug out just enough, that the weight of the incoming coffee will send it over the edge. Fix the design, Nespresso. This is a huge no from me.

Mauvaise machine comparé aux autres

J'ai 3 machines Nespresso vertuo. L'original à tête ronde, une à tête plate et cette Vertuo Plus Deluxe. La Vertuo Plus deluxe était ma préférée (à cause de la grandeur du réservoir d'eau et de la possibilité de le placer à droite de la machine plutôt qu'à gauche, ce qui est mieux sur mon comptoir), mais elle est défectueuse. Après un certain temps, le café qu'elle fait est complètement dilué. Le problème ne vient pas des capsules, celles-ci fonctionnent parfaitement dans mes 2 autres machines. Le support techique ne peut pas m'aider, et comme la machine n'est plus garantie, ça me couterait presque le prix d'une machine neuve pour la faire réparer. La vertuo Plus Deluxe n'a vraiment pas duré aussi longtemps que les 2 autres machines. J'ai probablement fait 4-5 fois plus de café avec mes autres machines, et elles marchent encore, contrairement à celle-ci. Je recommande fortement les autres machines plutôt que celle-ci.

Poor Warranty Solutions

I have had this machine for under one year and performed a Descaling 2 times with the descaling solution and 2 times with water only. One of the sessions was with a Customer Care Specialist and I now need to send the machine in for repair, they were not willing to replace the machine.
