Crealto results from an encounter between one of Nespresso's Coffee Expert, Alexis Rodriguez and awarded Chef Mauro Colagreco who share a love for high-quality products and a desire to create.
Preparation
- Gently heat all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan until it begins to simmer
- Let it stand for 5 minutes then strain through a sieve
- Fill a Lungo glass with crushed ice to within 1.2 in/ 3 cm of the top
- Then pour in 1.7 oz/ 50ml of the orange syrup
- Prepare 2 Crealto Espressos in a shaker; add the cloves along with 2 ice cubes
- Shake vigorously then carefully pour the mixture through a sieve onto the crushed ice
- Enjoy.
