A dessert in concentrated form, this recipe adds an intense chocolate and milk flavour to the wooden notes of the Fortissio Lungo Grand Cru. Enjoy as if it were a sweet melting on your tongue.
Preparation
- Place 30 ml (1 oz) oz of condensed milk in the bottom of the glass
- Pour a sachet of Cailler chocolate over the condensed milk
- Insert a capsule of Grand Cru Fortissio Lungo in the Maestria machine and prepare the coffee (110ml/3.7 oz)
- Press the hot froth button
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
