Ingredients

  • capsule of Indriya from India Grand Cru
  • 1cl / 0.4 oz of ginger syrup
  • 1 dl / 3.4 oz of milk
  • tea spoon of turmeric

Materials

  • Espresso cup (80 ml / 3 oz)
  • Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle
  • water glass (110 ml/4 oz)
  • Ritual Water
  • Ritual Espresso Spoon

Preparation

  • Pour the ginger syrup into an espresso cup
  • Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother
  • Mix the froth with 1 tea spoon of turmeric
  • Put the milk froth on the syrup with a big spoon so that the glass is full
  • The froth must be over the syrup
  • Prepare the Indriya from India in espresso (40 ml / 15 oz) , and pour it in the middle of the froth
  • The coffee has to be between the syrup and the froth
