Yuzu Vanilla Espresso Tonic
A refreshing blend of tonic water, cucumber and a velvety Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice coffee foam.
INGREDIENTS
• Nespresso ice cubes (5 x 30 g)
• Cucumber (2 slices)
• Tonic water (120 ml)
• Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice (1 capsule)
• Organic fresh mint (1 bunch)
• Optional: Organic orange zest
ACCESSORIES
• Mixology Glass, Small (300 ml)
• Nespresso NanoFoamer
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
In a Mixology glass (Small), combine 4 Nespresso ice cubes and a slice of cucumber, then pour in 60 ml of tonic water.
Extract 40 ml of Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice coffee into a jug, add 1 ice cube, and foam the coffee using the Nespresso NanoFoamer.
Gently pour the foamed Iced Coffee Nitro over the mixture in the glass.
Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and slap fresh mint leaves to release their essence.
Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromas.
