Yuzu Vanilla Double Espresso Tonic
A bold and refreshing double espresso creation with tonic water, cucumber and velvety Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice coffee foam.
INGREDIENTS
• Nespresso ice cubes (8 x 30 g)
• Cucumber (2 slices)
• Tonic water (120 ml)
• Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice (1 capsule)
• Organic fresh mint (1 bunch)
• Optional: Organic orange zest
ACCESSORIES
• Mixologist Glass, Large (530 ml)
• Nespresso NanoFoamer
• Vertuo coffee machine
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
In a large Mixologist glass, combine 6 Nespresso ice cubes and one slice of cucumber, then pour in 60 ml of tonic water.
Extract 80 ml of Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice coffee into a jug, add 2 ice cubes and foam the coffee using the Nespresso NanoFoamer until a Nitro-like texture is achieved.
Gently pour the foamed iced coffee Nitro over the mixture in the glass.
Garnish with an additional cucumber slice and gently slap fresh mint leaves to release their aroma.
Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromatic notes.
