Pumpkin Spice Latte
Perfect for crisp autumn mornings – Pumpkin Spice Latte blends creamy pumpkin, sweet vanilla and bold espresso into a cup of pure comfort.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 Diavolitto capsule (or another strong espresso)
• Peeled pumpkin, cut into small cubes (90 ml)
• Coconut milk (180 ml)
• Agave syrup (30 ml) (can be replaced with honey or maple syrup)
• ½ vanilla pod (or a few drops of vanilla extract)

• Blender
• Large glass
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
Place the pumpkin cubes, coconut milk, vanilla pod and agave syrup into a saucepan. Heat gently until the pumpkin is soft and fully cooked.
Transfer everything into a blender and blend on high speed for about 10 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Fill your glass two-thirds full with the pumpkin cream mixture.
Insert the Diavolitto capsule into your machine and brew directly into the glass.
Sprinkle with freshly ground cinnamon and enjoy!
