Refreshing Cold Brew Coffee with Cucumber, Lemon & Basil

A delicious cold coffee recipe with lemon, cucumber, and fresh basil. Perfect for hot days and those looking for a fresh, aromatic twist.

INGREDIENTS

• Coffee Cold Brew Intense capsule 355 ml (1 pc)

• Slices of lemon (2 pc)

• Cucumber sticks (cut lengthwise) (3 pc)

• Sprigs of fresh basil (2 pc)

• Ice cubes (approx. 30 g each) (3-4 pc)

• Cold water (below 10°C) for the water tank

• Glass 550 ml

HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?

Add cold water: Fill the water tank of your Nespresso Vertuo machine with cold water (below 10°C).

Add ice: Place 3–4 ice cubes (approx. 90–120 g) into a 550 ml Reveal glass designed for cold coffee.

Brew the coffee: Brew 1 Nespresso Cold Brew Intense capsule (355 ml) directly over the ice in the glass.

Add lemon and cucumber: Add 2 lemon slices and 3 lengthwise-cut cucumber sticks to the coffee.

Garnish with basil: Finish by adding 2 fresh basil sprigs. Ready to enjoy!
