Iced Coconut‑Vanilla Ube Lavender Latte
A refreshing iced coffee with ube, coconut, vanilla and lavender — perfect for warm days.
INGREDIENTS
• Ube powder (1 tbsp)
• Water (70 ml)
• Nespresso ice cubes (30 g each)
• Coconut milk (5 ml)
• Milk (170 ml)
• VL French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato (1 capsule)
• Optional: vanilla syrup (5 ml)
• Optional: lavender or shredded coconut

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
Mix ube powder with a splash of hot water, then add 70 ml of cold water.
Add 6 Nespresso ice cubes, pour in the ube base and 15 ml coconut syrup.
Froth the milk and gently pour over the ube mixture to create layers.
Brew 110 ml of VL French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato and gently pour over the milk.
Top with lavender and shredded coconut.
