Matcha Coconut Vanilla Iced Coffee

A silky blend of matcha, white chocolate and coconut vanilla coffee, served over ice.

INGREDIENTS

• Nespresso ice cubes (9 × 30 g)

• Hot water (40 ml)

• Matcha powder (1.5 g)

• White chocolate sauce (20 g)

• Coconut Vanilla Over Ice (1 capsule)

MATERIALS

• Mixology Glass Large (530 ml)

• Nespresso NanoFoamer

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?

Step

Combine matcha powder with hot water and mix vigorously using the NanoFoamer until smooth.

Add cold milk and gently foam to obtain a silky texture.

Place white chocolate sauce and ice cubes into the Mixology glass.

Step

Pour the matcha milk mixture over the ice and chocolate base.

Step

Extract the Coconut & Vanilla Over Ice coffee, lightly foam it with one ice cube, then pour over the matcha layer.

• Cold milk 1.5% (80 ml)

• Coconut Vanilla Over Ice (1 capsule – 40 ml)

MATERIALS

• Mixologist Glass, Large (530 ml)

• Nespresso NanoFoamer

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?

Mix matcha powder with hot water using the NanoFoamer until smooth.

Add cold milk and gently foam to achieve a silky texture.

Add white chocolate sauce and ice cubes to the Mixologist glass.
