Matcha Coconut Vanilla Iced Coffee
A silky blend of matcha, white chocolate and coconut vanilla coffee over ice.
INGREDIENTS
• Nespresso ice cubes (9 × 30 g)
• Hot water (40 ml)
• Matcha powder (1.5 g)
• White chocolate sauce (20 g)
• Cold milk 1.5% (80 ml)
• Coconut Vanilla Over Ice (1 capsule – 40 ml)
MATERIALS
• Mixologist Glass, Large (530 ml)
• Nespresso NanoFoamer
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
Mix matcha powder with hot water using the NanoFoamer until smooth.
Add cold milk and gently foam to achieve a silky texture.
Add white chocolate sauce and ice cubes to the Mixologist glass.
Pour the matcha milk mixture over the ice and chocolate base.
Extract the Coconut Vanilla Over Ice coffee, lightly foam with one ice cube and pour on top.
