Ice Leggero Maracujá Sunrise

This coffee lets you taste the refreshing sunrise in the tropics.

INGREDIENTS

• Vertuo Ice Leggero coffee (1 capsule)

• Passion fruit syrup (10 ml)

• Barista-style oat beverage (110 ml)

• Ice cubes (4 pieces)

• Passion fruit and edible flowers (decoration)

ACCESSORIES

• VIEW Recipe Glass and ice cube tray

• Shaker

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?

Pour 10 ml of passion fruit syrup, 110 ml of barista-style oat beverage into a shaker, and brew Ice Leggero coffee (80 ml) with your Vertuo machine.

Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

Place 4 ice cubes (120 g) into a VIEW Recipe glass.

Pour the shaken beverage into the glass.

Garnish with passion fruit and edible flowers for a splash of color.
