Summer Espresso Tonic with Grapefruit

A refreshing coffee recipe with tonic and a citrus twist – perfect for warm days!

INGREDIENTS

• Ice cubes (6 pcs)

• Pink grapefruit syrup (10 ml)

• Tonic water (80 ml)

• Espresso (40 or 80 ml – as preferred)

• Fresh grapefruit pieces (2 pcs)

ACCESSORIES

• Glass (250–300 ml capacity)

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

Step

Add 6 ice cubes to a glass.

Pour in 10 ml of pink grapefruit syrup.

Add 80 ml of tonic water.

Brew your espresso (40 or 80 ml) and pour it into the glass.
