Ube Vanilla Tonka Latte

A creamy vanilla decaffeinated coffee topped with edible lavender buds. This colourful latte blends ube with silky milk and a hint of tonka for a delightful, aromatic experience in every sip.
INGREDIENTS
• Tonka bean syrup or vanilla syrup (10 ml)
• 1.5% milk (120 ml)
• Ube powder (1 teaspoon)
• OL Vaniglia Decaffeinato (1 capsule)
• Edible lavender buds (5 g)
• Grated tonka bean (1 g)
ACCESSORIES
• Recipe glass
• Milk frother: Nespresso Barista Device or NanoFoamer
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
Pour 10 ml of tonka bean syrup or vanilla syrup into the recipe glass.
Add 120 ml of 1.5% milk and 1 teaspoon of ube powder directly into the Nespresso Barista Device.
Close the lid, select the Latte Macchiato recipe and start the device.
Pour the prepared ube milk mixture into the glass.
Extract 40 ml of OL Vaniglia Decaffeinato directly into the drink.
Garnish with edible lavender buds or grated tonka bean. Enjoy!
