Ube Lavender‑Vanilla Tonka Latte
A delicate, dessert‑like latte with ube, lavender and vanilla.
INGREDIENTS
• Tonka bean syrup or vanilla syrup (10 ml)
• Milk (150–170 ml)
• Ube powder (1 tsp)
• VL French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato (1 capsule)
• Ice cubes (a few)
• Optional: grated tonka bean (1 g)
ACCESSORIES
• Vertuo Mug (390 ml)
• Milk frothing device: Barista Device or NanoFoamer
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
Pour 10 ml of tonka bean syrup or vanilla syrup into a glass.
Add 120 ml of 1.5% milk and 1 teaspoon of ube powder. Use a milk frother to create a “Latte Macchiato”‑style layer.
Pour the prepared milk mixture into the glass.
Add ice to create beautiful visual layering.
Brew VL French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato directly over the milk.
Decorate with ube and lavender (optionally add grated tonka bean). Enjoy!
