Iced Pistachio Vanilla Oat Latte Original

Elevate your coffee game with a refreshing iced recipe combining creamy pistachio, velvety cold foam and marshmallows in a decadent treat.

INGREDIENTS

• Coffee Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice Double Espresso 40ml (1 pc)

• Pistachio paste (5 g)

• Nespresso Ice Cubes (5 pcs)

• Oat Milk (Barista) (150ml)

• Pistachios (5g)

• Marshmallows (10g)

ACCESSORIES

• Aeroccino - milk frother

HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?

Into a small Glass (350ml), stripe with a brush some pistachio paste.

Place 5 ice cubes (of 30g each) in the glass and add 50ml of Barista Oat Milk.

Into your Aeroccino, pour 100ml of Barista Oat Milk, close the lid and press the cold foam button.

Once ready, pour the cold foam into the glass, over the ice, making sure to leave a little bit of room at the top.

Extract 40ml of Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice into the glass.

Top it off with small marshmallows, use a torch to caramelize it (optional) and sprinkle with some grinded pistachios.
