COCONUT RIVIERA REFRESHER

Meet the captivating Blue Coconut Riviera Refresher, a stunning and refreshing drink that combines creamy blue foam, the sweetness of almonds and the exotic taste of coconut,.

INGREDIENTS

• Ice cubes:: 3 (90g)

• Almond syrup: 10ml

• 1.5% cold milk: 150ml

• Matcha tertiary clitoria flowers ½ teaspoon

• Coconut Flavour Over Ice: 1 kcapsule

ACCESSORIES

• Small Barista Recipe Glass (350ml)

• Barista Nespresso

HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?

Pour 3 ice cubes (30g each) into a small Barista Recipe Glass, add 10ml of almond syrup and then pour in 50ml of 1.5% cold milk.

Then pour 100 ml of cold 1.5% milk into the Nespresso Barista and add 1/2 teaspoon of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower powder. Close the lid, select the recipe " Espresso on Ice Macchiato" and press the start button.

When the milk is ready, pour the blue foam into a glass, over the ice and milk.

Brew 40ml Coconut Flavour Over Ice into a glass for the remaining ingredients.

Add some dried cornflower petals, known in Italy as fiordaliso, as a beautiful colourful sprinkle.
