Chilled Maple Pecan Oat Latte
A unique drink in which the sweetness of maple syrup blends perfectly with the creamy flavour of oat milk to create an extremely pleasant and aromatic combination.
INGREDIENTS
• Maple Pecan Coffee 230 ml (1 pc)
• Maple syrup (15 ml)
• Barista oat milk (220 ml)
• Ice cube (4 pcs.)
• Pecan nut (2 pcs.)
ACCESSORIES
• Vertuo glass large duża
• Barista or Aeroccino machine
HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?
Pour 80 ml of Barista Creations Maple Pecan coffee into the pot using the ‘Coffee Creations’ mode in Vertuo Next or Vertuo Pop (double-click the coffee button, the turquoise colour will appear and wait for extraction to start).
Add 4 ice cubes (120g) to the glass, add 10ml maple syrup, then 120ml Barista oat milk.
Pour 100 ml of oat milk into the Barista or Aeroccino machine and press the cold foam mode button.
First pour the foam into the mug and then gently pour over the coffee.
Top up with a few crushed pecans and garnish with syrup.
