Caffè del Doge, inspired by one of Florian's iconic recipes, is a true masterpiece that immerses you in an imaginary journey, transporting you directly to the halls of Florian.

INGREDIENTS

• Florian coffee 40 ml (1 pc)

• Milk 1,5% (100 ml)

• Monin Chocolate syrup (5 ml)

• Hazelnut crumble (3 g)

ACCESSORIES

• Milk frother: Aeroccino / Barista

• L.E Lume Espresso

HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?

Step
01

Pour 100 ml of milk into an Aeroccino and press the button for hot frothing. If using Barista, select the "Cappuccino" recipe.

Pour 5 ml of Monin dark chocolate syrup into the limited edition Lume cup by Florian.

Extract 40 ml of Florian coffee into the Lume cup.

Pour the hot milk foam until it reaches the rim of the cup.

Add some hazelnut crumble.
